Be careful selling extras, even at or below face within 1500 feet of the venue. You can get arrested, and they will keep you until the end of the show. I'm in favor of anti-scalping measures, but this is stupid because real scalpers know the law and exactly how far away from the venue to scalp.

I'm weird. I'm against scalping in general.......but also don't really have a problem with someone trying to get rid of their extra ticket that someone else couldn't take......for whatever reason. I've bought tickets before and then had a friend back out at the last minute or something happen where nobody was available to go. It's one thing to buy up a bunch of tickets and try selling them for more.......it's another to try and just sell your extra ticket for face (or less) to try and get something back.
I agree, I've never sold a ticket for more than face, and only because friends backed out. The problem is the law in NY is written so that it is illegal to sell a ticket for any amount within 1500 feet of a venue that seats 5000 or more people. If you sold an extra for $10 you can get arrested and miss the show.

no, not me. I generally wait til 2nd set before I rip my clothes off and swing my junk in treys face.
I honestly can't say yes or no about changing the Antelope lyrics. I missed it if it happened but that doesn't mean it didn't happen at all. In fact the crowd did cheer really loud at one point but I didn't hear what Trey said. They did play it off pretty well when it happened tho.
Definitely the best Free I've heard I do believe. An incredible night musically speaking for sure.
Phish phans totally overran the waffle houses in cville late night tho. One was closed down and the other one in town had what seemed like an hour wait before we got our food.
Definitely wish everyone who came with coulda seen the show though
Funny as many years as I've been going to Cville, I've never seen the inside of the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
