Pretty disappointed, but then again I am every time. Surprised none of these made it: NIN (must be a story there...) Byrne Animal Collective Dillinger Escape Plan Béla & Toumani Janelle Monaé of Montreal Girl Talk
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
Where are Wilco, Nine Inch Nails, Al Green, Erykah Badu, TV On The Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Bon Iver, of Montreal, Booker T, Neko Case, Grizzly Bear, King Sunny Ade, Okkervil River, St. Vincent, Ted Leo, Crystal Castles, Dirty Projectors, Murs, Janelle Monae, and Phoenix?
Pretty underwhelming list, but I thought the same about the last DVD and it turned out to be pretty good. Still, though, Coheed & Cambria? Really?
Yeah I'm pretty dissapointed. I really wanted Bon Iver, Wilco, Galactic, & moe. to be on there. As for the shows I missed and would have liked to seen on the DVD are Rod y Gab, NIN, Phoenix.
Here's the story: Trent freaked out last minute and almost didn't play, because he didn't want Bonnaroo's cameras up there. Unfortunate, really. I would've loved to see 'Hurt' on there
Yeah the setlist is no good (I didn't see a single show from the list), but you got to remember that it is sometimes hard to get the copyrights to some bands/artists.

At least there's one collaboration which they usually leave out. I'm pretty stoked about the DelMcCoury Band because I only caught the last two or three songs, maybe they'll have footage of Fishman sitting in with them.
I would have liked to have seen Hockey instead of ZBB, but ZBB killed it that night, really impressed me.
I'm really surprised there is no DAvid Byrne.
I really wanted some Bon Iver, that set was magical.
A Thieve's Parade 2/24 Conspirator 2/26 Kevin Smith 3/11 Keller 3/17 Papadosio 3/18 JJ Grey 3/25 Bela Fleck/Edgar Meyer 3/26 Toubab Krewe 3/27 O'Death 4/11 Budos Band 4/22 EOTO 4/28 Summer Camp 5/6-29 All Good
I knew I was gonna be disappointed but I was really hoping they would get their shit together, they really really need just to make it a double disk chock full o material.
The tracklisting fer this DVD just sucks. And no matter how hard it is to get copyrights fer some of the artists at 'Roo it's not like Superfly doesn't have some money to spend there. I'll be waitin' to see if this DVD pops up on auction sights 'cause I won't pay more than $5. I mean COME ON, no David Byrne, Rodrigo y Gabriela, or Crystal Castles? Shame on you Bonnaroo.

That right there leaves me with an overwhelming sensation of "meh." At this rate I'm not sure why anyone would ever waste their money on one of these DVDs but that's just my opinion of the matter.
As much as I wasn't a huge fan of it at the time, how can you not include a momoent from that once in a lifetime collaborration between Bruce and Phish?!? Mustang Sally wouldve been a perfect way to end that DVD with in my opinion...
