My wife just said UPS called but didn't leave a message. I checked and it says "out for deliverery" from a place about 15 miles from my house. Why would UPS call me? Do they call to give a heads up?

If you have to sign for it they will call ahead of time quite often to make sure somebody is home to sign for it. That way if nobody answers the phone they don't waste their time driving to the house.
Whoever get their tickets first need to post a picture....
right! thats when we know that it is the last stage before the event actually occurs. i cant wait to get in my car on tuesday the 12th and drive down to the farm.

Out for Delivery generally means you are getting the package that day...

If only I was home... I'm thinking about leaving early "due to a stomach virus" or something, but today's the last day of the pay period for the check before Roo, and this extra cash would do wonders for my Roo purchases... Such tragedy, I have to wait until 6:00 to see my precious.
man...I really want to know what they look like this year. so exciting we get them tomorrow..good to see that deleivery is on time on the tracking so far
i think a lot of ups men will be scared in the next two days. i know i always run around when i see him coming knowing what its gonna be. someone posted the picture they took last year. they should have a pre ticket shipment meeting at ups to warn the drivers. it happens all across the country.
I like my Bonnaroo Tickets like I like my apples.....
Golden and Delicious! That would be sweet!
I am going to salute the UPS man while singing God Bless America while wearing nothing but a Packers Cheese Head and a speedo that says juicy on the ass.
okay, prolly not, but I am going to give him/her a hug this year as last year I did not sign and didn't see the Little Brown Man.

I think if there are 2 people home when the tickets arrive that this would make a great home video

if mine are late i'm going to be so pissed, i'm going to the beach for a week starting june 2nd, and it might have to get postponed. (we are bringing nearly $200 worth of alcohol for 6 people) so we dont want to postpone it.

I cannot get any work done today because every 10 minutes i refresh the ups site to see if the delivery info changes to "Delivered!" or something similar.
