You may have artist additions but you can not add to the current posters. You can do so on the schedule if you make it to the second round. Not everyone here has access to photoshop and alot of people needed partners. That seems fair to me.
You really can't change the game mid contest.

makes a lot of sense. once voting started for this round, it would be iffy to change one person's but not their competing festival, or whatever. plus for a real festival, the additions would come out and then the schedule, but both after the initial lineup, so that makes sense too.
