Sounded like he was using lots of Spanish or Mexican esk tones with his voice and word choice
if you seperate noel to no el, it means NOT in spanish so maybe it has something to do with the latin tent or someone NOT playing who we've been talking about...does that make sense

To simply alter the spelling of mill seems too obvious. It seems it could have been meal but I thought I heard mill as well. Meal certainly does offer more options. The only variation to mill I can think to work off of is factory.

Cake does fit well for this one! Also, I think it would have to be a record to solve a clue in a single page of speculation but that it hasn't happened.
