According to Wiki Dan Deacon had to cancel his last 5 shows in the fall of 2009. Treasure Island is in Oct. From what I have heard. Did he make this show or not?
I have three ideas. Green Day, Paul McCartney, or Roger waters. Green Day from Green Jello. McCartney from the enlarged auditory meaning Coachella. Roger from Green Jello's Three little pigs song. What do you think?
edit: Cochlea, the auditory branch of the inner ear.

DJJD just told us that jello land refers to a san francisco fest. So someone who played at Big Ears but not a festival in sanfran.

matmos is from san fran, played big ears, and was in europe most of the summer doesn't look like they showed up in san fran at all last year.....possibility
he was there at the enlarged auditory but not in jelloland last year
If Jelloland = San Francisco, then these are the people that didn't play there last year:
ANTONY AND THE JOHNSONS BURNING STAR CORE NICOLAS COLLINS DAVID DANIELL DAN DEACON FENCE KITCHEN FENNESZ (solo) FENNESZ/LINKOUS/MINOR MICHAEL GIRA (Swans / Angels of Light) PHILIP GLASS LARKIN GRIMM NEIL HAMBURGER JON HASSELL + MAARIFA STREET LUMINESCENT ORCHESTRII MATMOS THE NECKS NEGATIVLAND PAULINE OLIVEROS SAN AGUSTIN SXIP SHIREY'S SONIC NEW YORK WENDY SUTTER SHAKING RAY LEVIS NED ROTHENBERG
And since we are assuming it's one person "HE," that would leave us with: BURNING STAR CORE NICOLAS COLLINS DAVID DANIELL FENCE KITCHEN FENNESZ (solo) NEIL HAMBURGER NED ROTHENBERG
Advice: copious crosswords & Jeopardy for practice.
I suspect this could be in reference to the The New York Times puzzle page. There are indeed copious crosswords AND a daily Jeopardy question within their Arts & Entertainment (I believe? Whichever is C) section. I'm not sure if the crossword & Jeopardy question are on the same page.
Could this be directing us to something that appeared in the Friday edition of the NY Times? I'm going to do some investigating...
DMB. They played Outside Lands last year and have cancelled shows in Utah for TWO straight years.
DJJD told us that JelloLand was a reference to SF (not Utah or Mormons), so that means you would have to look at Enlarged Auditory as Big Ears or hopefully something else...
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
Maybe the person who was at Big Ears but not at Outside Lands isn't the act we are getting. Maybe its just the first step that will eventually lead us to the act. The only thing I can think of is that AC entertainment puts on Big Ears but not Outside Lands. Maybe AC entertainment or Ashley Capps will get us somewhere. Or maybe these clues are making me go insane.

I found a little bit of koo-koo in my head helped in the creating of clues- was a bit worried about transference.
