If you were a townsperson you would be a lot more inclined to figure out who the mafia is instead of being so hasty about getting rid of chief... this also makes me think chief is innocent.
this.
My two cents agrees. I feel the normal Kdogg is more focused on finding the mafia, and would use the extra time waiting, to analyze each and every post.
I will wait to see who is killed by the mafia, but my suspicion has risen to Code Red on you buddy.

I collaborate with you on a theory - YOUR theory - regarding who's Mafia, and you have the gall to suggest I was doing nothing to figure out who Mafia is?
Please tell me how I'm simultaneously working with you on Mafia theories while I am also not working on figuring out who is Mafia... I'd love to hear that explanation.
If you're so convinced that Chief was innocent, and that my avoidance of killing another player alongside Chief suggests guilt... why did you yourself vote for Chief?
1. Your quick acknowledgment of my pairing theory raised my eyebrow at first, it was just to easy imo. I didn't say anything because I thought I would see where it went. You used it to put guilt on Airline and Jack and also HGH and EAP, or at least subliminally alluded to their guilt. 2. You lobbied for Chief's death since his first holdup, which I feel was another attempt at just getting rid of a known townie, which you would have knowledge of if indeed you're guilty. 3. My vote for Chief was simply because he stood no chance, I had to vote so the course of action could be carried out. I too have been annoyed with the pace of this game, and already held things up once myself. Had I voted you in lieu of Chief, Chief would have still been killed off.
I feel like you've worked harder this game at making people LOOK guilty than actually find who IS. I could be off with this but not until I saw Bek's thought on the whole thing did I actually begin to believe that maybe I wasn't crazy.
I'm still waiting for the kill before I cast any vote... We'll see what the mafia has up their sleeves.
c'mon Kdogg, I know you're smarter than that.. Having Chief killed without voting gives us NOTHING to go on, basically giving the mafia a "bye" round. It gives no information, show's no voting patterns or votes for that matter, and leaves us with one less townie/player.
It's ingenious, but you have to agree you pushed pretty hard to have him voted off the island, and that raises suspicion, because everyone else was just as bored, but you were the only one to push his death...
Funny... I've been thinking we've had nothing to go on because a certain odd-player-out waits until everyone else has paired off before voting. For the record, I still think you should vote first next round...
I will entertain your misguided notion that I am Mafia.
If I am Mafia, surely I am in cahoots with two players. Here's our initial roster: Players Higgi Handgunhips NTRT Chief Airline Jen Kdogg Bek EAP Bacon Jack
I have crossed off NTRT, because his whacking presumes him innocent; I have also crossed off myself for reasons that should be obvious.
Let's also cross off every player I have voted for at any point, which leaves us with this list: Players Higgi Handgunhips NTRT Chief Airline Jen Kdogg Bek EAP Bacon Jack
We are left with Higgi, EAP & Jack.
My vote for HGH shows I was willing to see EAP join her voting partner in a runoff, since I had expected Bek to join me. When we were discussing potential guilty pairs - a discussion begun by you - I also mentioned that IF a voting pair was guilty, I thought it was Jack/Airline. Let's cross off these players, whom I have specifically called out but not voted for.
Between the players I have voted for and/or called out, who does that leave us with? Players Higgi Handgunhips NTRT Chief Airline Jen Kdogg Bek EAP Bacon Jack
So, you've got me... if I'm Mafia, I am obviously in cahoots with you! Your thoughts?
Ha.. The magical Kdogg vote makes a player innocent, then? Because surely Mafia wouldn't vote one of their own in attempts to throw the others off!? hahhahaaa
Was I wrong in assuming that I wouldn't vote for someone I'm in cahoots with?
I think absolutely you would vote for someone you're in cahoots with... and considering the fact that I'm innocent and you've basically voted EVERYONE else at one point or another, yes, you have.
I can't vote for anyone I'm in cahoots with, because I'm in cahoots with no one but the Townspeople here. I can tell you this, though... I have gone after my fellow Mafia a few times before, both by voting and by whacking... and every time I did, I lost. That strategy has burned me 100% of the time I've used it, so I don't do that anymore.
If I seem a bit scattered, it's because I'm confused rather than trying to be deliberately confusing. All I know is I'm innocent, you say you know you're innocent, and we can yell at each other until we're blue in the face and it won't change a thing until Night is over and we have something else to go on.
Look, I understand why my push for rule enforcement seems suspicious. Stirring the pot often makes a player into a lightning rod, so I shouldn't be surprised. But c'mon... this game has been moving unacceptably slow. Rule 11 was exactly what was made to counter that. It wasn't an initial rule of Mafia here - it was added after some games, and added for good reason: as a means to impeach slackers.
Once upon a time, another player once slacked to the detriment of the game, and there was no applicable rule to govern it, so everyone decided there needed to be a rule for the next time it happened. "Next time it happened" didn't occur until this round with Chief. I think it was especially important to enforce the Rule to its fullest extent in its first application. Not using or incorrectly using a rule in its first execution sets a bad precedent, for this and future games.
So yeah, I do kind of fancy myself to be the Mafia parliamentarian... I know a thing or two about the rules, and I will be vocal about them when the situation calls for it. I'm sure many of you have seen this before. There was a situation, there was a rule that applied to the situation, and I asked for that rule to be enforced. That makes me Mafia because...?
I don't like to take shit over rule enforcement from someone who has reffed approximately zero games. Try it sometime, and you might understand my position a little more. You just might see that these rules are in place for reasons.
Or you can just jump on my justifiable citation of Mafia parliamentary procedure to make me look guilty, because you've got nothing else to go on and want to make me go away. Which is what I believe is happening to me right now...
I'm starting to suspect my proposal to Bek touched a nerve with the both of you, the way you've been ganging up on me all the sudden.

i am sorry guys. I haven't read anything yet but my modem fudged out on me and I've been working way too much on remodeling my house before my girlfriend comes home. I haven't had any time to use a friends interwebs connect, I sincerely apologize to all for slowing down and already dreadfully snail paced game.
I'm not so sure I can trust you anymore, but since the numbers in this situation are on your side I'll share some of what I've been thinking.
Day One runoff between Bacon & Bek was a 6-5 vote. We had all eleven players then, so we know we had three Mafia voting. So the Mafia had a three-member voting bloc... where the margin of "victory" was one vote. Unless all three Mafia voted for Bek, which I find unlikely, then there was a Mafia vote deciding things in favor of Bacon.
Is there anything we can gather from that which we haven't yet?
I would imagine that all three Mafia weren't on one side of this vote, in which case bringing this up might be more trouble than it's worth... but I just wanted to throw that out there to see what people think.
Please don't call me Mafia for deliberating! *cowers*

My shit list: kdogg jen HGH
HGH, the only thing you've brought to the table recently is the fact that you forgive chief.
kdogg, I've stated my reasons for suspecting you... maybe I'm wrong but I just don't think I could trust you. You have been too willing to trust me which makes me think it is a trap.
jen, don't you think you've been maybe just a little quiet this game... that's not the townsperson jen we all know and love.

I defended myself in a lengthy post, asking a handful of questions... you ignored every one. You wouldn't even dignify me with a response. You really think I trust you after that? You sure I trusted you to begin with?

Yes, Kdogg, I have felt the same. You've been too willing to jump on board with my theory, I was flattered at first, as you rarely do such a thing with me, but then realized you must be just trying to kill me.
Secondly. I agree again on you, Jen.. You've been awfully quiet and that is not normal for you. Your silence has raised my 'brow on you!
Yep, this is not my normal townsperson behavior at all but having a baby in less than four weeks, trying to get a running vehicle, getting this kid's room ready, organizing a billion baby outfits, being 40 pounds too heavy to breathe or sleep, and figuring out how to prevent my dogs from eating her alive is not normal for me either I am kind of drowning in stress right now.
Honestly, I shouldn't have even signed up to play but when I did I was not quite under this much insane pressure and wasn't totally freaking out about this uncertain deadline. I am convinced I'll go into labor at any moment despite the fact that she isn't due for a few more weeks. GAHHHHHHH! I also didn't expect to still be in Day 2 more than 2 weeks after starting this game!

I don't have time for your shenanigans. My internet is busted... notice my lack of attentiveness to BMOTM and I have been too busy to post from work. As a matter of fact, I am staying over at work just to post this. My net is supposed to be fixed tomorrow by 6pm... better be anyway or I'm gonna be pissed!
I'm not so sure you trusted me in the beginning but I think you were a little too willing to buddy up with me (outside of reciprocal voting)... almost like you were trying to beat me at my own game or something. DO NOT WANT. sorry pal.

I actually have a really good reason for not being around.. as I explained earlier. :] I can show you the brutality that is my foot, if anyone would like to see why I haven't been around. Painkillers make it really difficult for me to comprehend much of anything and I've spent most of my time sleeping and sitting on my couch watching daytime TV. Other than that.. this game has DRAGGED on and I've lost interest in it. :/ That sounds horrible, but when votes drag on for days with no real discussion, I get bored.
I don't think that my absence makes me guilty.. it just makes me a really horrible mafia player.
