2/5- Papadosio 3/3- MUSE 3/12- John Mayer 3/19- The Werks 3/31- Passion Pit 4/18- Ben Folds 4/20- Against Me! 6/10- Bonnaroo 6/30- Eric Clapton and Roger Daltrey
Even if Daft Punk is 750k, it's not like it's impossible. Coachella booked them in 2006 and Vegoose got them not long after (run by Superfly). It's definitely possible, and considering they'd be probably the 3rd or 4th name on the lineup (I think they'd get late-night what ala Jay-Z and Kanye, not an actual headlining spot), it's not out of the question.
This year just teaches us that Bonnaroo isn't perfect. 2009 is still one of the best lineups of any festival of the decade, I think. Bruce, Phishx2, NIN, Beasties, Byrne, moe., Wilco, Ben Harper, Mars Volta, Mule, YYYs, MGMT, Decembrists, Galactic, Bela, Oakenfold, Tv on the Radio, Costello, Snoop, Grizzly Bear together still is better than most lineups I've ever seen.

the current top results would be nice... headliners consisting of a classic act (McCartney, Stones, Bowie, Gilmour, or Waters), Neil Young, and My Morning Jacket, with other big name acts being Daft Punk and Arcade Fire... sign me up!
2010: 3/12: The Bad Plus/Happy Apple/Buffalo Collision/The Bad Apple 6/10-13: Bonnaroo 6/19: Rock the Garden 7/30-31: Mid West Music Fest 8/21: Los Hombres Calientes 8/31: Marijuana Death Squads 9/11: The Book of Right On w/ City on the Make 9/23: Of Montreal w/ Janelle Monae 10/4: Broken Social Scene 11/23: Grinderman
My "Other" write in is U2. Hate on Bono all you want, they are phenomenal performers and would be a premier "get" for the festival, especially when Roo can claim "First festival since 1985" in promoting the festvial.
Ill just say that I think zero people would complain about a lineup consistiing of radiohead david gilmour my morning jacket daft punk and arcade fire. Why don't we just do that?
I picked MMJ, Outkast, Gilmour/Waters (preferably both but Gilmour over Waters since I have seen Waters, and McCartney.
So....I think NoD may globally moderate me for this but I have never gotten into Daft Punk. I think I checked a CD of theirs out from the library and didn't "get" it. Maybe I should give it another listen. Apparently they are popular around here.

I'm not foolish enough to ask for what I wish Roo could pull off- the elusive Waters/Gilmour reunion, but to see Gilmour at the farm would be just perfect. Otherwise, fingers crossed for Radiohead and Arcade Fire.
