Ive been meaning to change credit card info with the ticket people for a week now but kept forgetting to, well my payment plan payment was due today and likely declined. I tried desperately to contact the ticket people so I could change credit cards but by the time I called they were out for the night. I read the fine print and it said if a card is declined they keep my cash and my tickets. Have I lost out on my tickets now? I mean has anyone else went through this?
I've never done the payment plan so I'm not sure what will happen. I would suggest also emailing so that you have documentation that you have tried to contact them before the day was over.

I've read lots of posts of people in similar situations and they all report that things worked out. Just call and give them your updated information. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Yah, MusicToday pulled a fast one on me yesterday. If you're on the payment plan, you receive a reminder exactly 1 week before they charge you. Since there appears to be no rhyme or reason to the date they take the payment I rely on their reminder e-mail. Since I get paid weekly, I can just put the money away.
Guess what... No reminder this week. Unfortunatly I had a little car trouble this week so I was strapped untill Friday so MusicToday turned a $150 transaction into an $185 one and also caused 2 more $35 charges to be added for 2 other transactions.
We'll just say I'll pay in full for these things next year.
I've read in other threads that they really aren't as big of jerks as the license agreement makes them look like. If you call them up they'll work with you, I think the whole "we'll keep the tickets AND the money muahahaha" thing is just to discourage people from forgetting, but they shouldn't actually screw you like that. You are a customer after all, they want your repeat business.
