I agree. There is not a lot of movement in the art threads around here. Maybe you can change that and add a little art mojo around here.
I already tried adding some of my nice pictures a while ago, but I think since most people don't look in the sub-boards, then they still get overlooked. I see it cause I fixed my options to make them show with the other threads, but i dont think thats the default.
Ellie - how do you change the options so these boards show up? this is honestly the first time I've ever seen them! Didn't even know they were here! Its sad really, because I think they could be great!
I'm not the most artsy, but as far as crafts go.. I'll contribute a few semi-sorta Roo-related things here to the Art of Such & Such...
These are a few of my bottle-cap charms. Some are magnets, some will be made into keychains. I went a little crazy & made a ton with my last batch, so I threw in a bunch of Roo-ish ones & of bands playing this years & whatnot. I plan to keep a few on hand while I'm down there to toss 'em out to friendly folks "Hey, you're a nice fellow! Have this small random souvenir!" Although, I'm sure I've violated some sort of important copyright laws, with logo & stuff. So uh, erm.. Hopefully no one will be too upset about that!

I made this bag before going to see DMB last June in Pittsburgh.. It was my first time making an applique & first time working with corduroy, but it turned out o-k.
& this one.. I made this for a friend recently & the first thing she said was, "I can't wait to wear it at Bonnaroo!" Its a purty little peacock feather hair thing, that attaches with a handy little clip.

I think when you go to Profile, then Modify profile, it says if you want the sub-boards to show up with the regular threads.
