I think it's more like this I posted elsewhere. I could be wrong though:
BOUNCY MUD - Imagine a wet mud puddle that is walked over thousands of times so all of the surface water is squished out. I guess the sun and high temps help speed the evaporation on the surface, but underneath the dry, smoothe, thick, rubbery crust is a bouncy mixture of still wet mud. Feels a bit like walking on a trampoline.
All you have to do is keep some fairy dust on you at all times. This makes you immune to any form of roo funk, with the exception to those two creatures above.
