No way, dude, she said that he thinks he remembers maybe hearing one of the other employees possibly the number 10 that week and that he might've thrown out a napkin with a dude named Ashley's phone number in it. Thus, I will conclude that Talking Heads will definitely be playing Bonnaroo 2011.

yeah i just figured since -technically- theyre not a headliner and MMJ is, MMJ would have to be billed higher. i thought the same thing when posting that though haha
I still have a difficult time believing that Vampire Weekend is gonna be doing Roo next year. As much as I would love it, I'm pretty sure next year will be a break from the festival circuit.
The second was better re:august's lineups. But, NO WAY would The Strokes be billed higher than Arcade Fire. No number you can throw out would convince me otherwise. Also, Broken Bells would be billed a lot higher in that hypothetical lineup. But that's splitting hairs.
but more importantly, why're there 29 people currently viewing this message board at 5:09 in the morning?
Speaking of that... Dave Chappelle would be the only comic I would want to see over Conan... even Cheech & Chong don't rile me up as the idea of Dave taking the What Stage a la Chris Rock. Are you listening Superfly?!?

see, i have Instant Netflix on X-Box 360, and sometimes if a group of us are bored, or can't agree upon what to watch, we'll just pick a random season of Chappelle Show and we always laugh hysterically.

yeah, that's definitely why.
i mean, there are certainly skits from The Lost Episodes that still make me laugh, but there's no reason why i would put those on if i had access to Seasons 1 or 2

I remember that skit in one of the earlier seasons where he showed up at a cancer kid's hospital room to play video games with him and then got way into beating the kid and started yelling at him when he won. Hilarious. I haven't watched the Chappelle's Show in years, I should get on that.
I was lucky enough to catch Chappelle live a few years back. He did 4 random shows at the Tabernacle; I can't remember whether he did more dates elsewhere but we got to see him on his birthday. It was hilarious, all-new material of course, and a lot of it was definitely off the top of his head. He had a ton of crowd interactions, where if anyone would shout something out he would respond with a lightning-fast joke or insult directed towards that person. That was one of my most memorable live experiences, and seeing him at Bonnaroo would be epic on a whole new level.
I'd love to see Dave Chappelle at Roo... he'd have to be on the main stage, of course, but I think he'd be fantastic! I don't think it will happen anytime soon, but it would still be awesome. Killing Them Softly was an amazing stand-up special.
And don't judge Chappelle's humor by the Lost Episodes. I don't even count the Lost Episodes when I think of Chappelle's Show - they are literally just compilations of a few random sketches he filmed before he said "quack it, this shit is just not funny at all and I refuse to have my name associated with this." Judging Chappelle by those episodes is like judging Christopher Walken by Gigli.
