Aw man, I'm jealous. I want some! Sadly I am totally broke so I won't be getting mine quite yet. Maybe I should ask for them for Christmas.
But what happened to the other colors? All I'm seeing in women's sizes is the khaki color, but I really really liked the mauve one. Oh well, I think the khaki probably would have been my second choice.

Rachel told me the mauve was only going to be available in Europe and the sand will be available here in Dec.
EFF! I wanted all three. Well - I will place my order in december when the sand comes out, and I'll have both US colors. So pumped. hmmm... maybe i should get 3 pair. Then I can have one pair that can get Bonna-dirty and the other 2 can be for normal world wear.
And YES - I think we should take a pic of all of us in our Carpe DMs at Brunch next year! You can bet your bottom dollar i'll be sporting mine all Roo '10...

Mine just arrived today! It took an incredibly long time during shipping so I emailed and asked what was going on. All of my other orders arrived in 3-5 days and this time it took 11 days. Sanuk responded and said that they are trying a new FedEx Smartpost type of shipping where FedEx delivers the package to a local post office and after that there is no way to track the order.They also said they wanted feedback about the shipping experience. Dislike the shipping weirdness, but LOVE my CarpeDMs!

I predict that SOMEBODY is going to come home from Roo with a different pair of Sanuks than they left with! With us all wearing the same shoes, we're bound to get confused.
I need some sizing advice - do the women's sanuk sizes run small? I'm really an 11 1/2 women's (yes I have GIANT feet), usually can fit an 11, unless they run small. Would rather buy the women's style but just wondering if I may have to order the men's version for a bigger size....

I would go with the men's. If you usually wear a 11 1/2 you need a 12. And they don't have it.(why not?) The men's look exactly the same.
The womens style are cut a little lower in the upper. thatis the only difference I can see.
I would advise going down if you are a half size. IE if you normally wear an 11.5, order an 11.
These things stretch and form and I think that they would wind up being too big if you go up a half size.
JMHO....
I have two pairs, both are 9's (and I normally wear 9 in tennis shoes), my vagabond originals fit a lot looser and seem to be made from a much thinner material than the DM's. My DM's were REALLY tight when I first got them, but after about a month now, they are really comfy, but still a little tighter than the Vagabond OG's.

Looking at them side by side in that picture above, the women's do look cuter, I like the shape... so I'm gonna just order the 11 and, like most shoes, I might have to send them back.
So few shoe companies make a women's 12 - feet elitists!
I have heard that if you get the wrong size they make it real easy for you to swap out. they will send you a new pair and a box with paid shipping to send the wrong ones back, as in, you get the replacements before you send the wrong size back to them....

Thank you for this! Last year I discovered this board before my 1st Roo and it saved my ass. Totally going to support this, and I didn't know what size to order! I just adore what an amazing community Bonnaroo is and can't wait for 6-9-11!!!

Ordered, worn, and beloved.
You won't be seeing me sporting my crocs anytime soon. I can't believe how ignorant I was about Sanuks. The other day I actually noticed that I hadn't taken them off after getting home from work... I literally forgot I had them on.
And you can't find a better company to give your business to.
