I think I'm onto something with the votes for Jen. Just to make sure, I'm going to recap every vote we've had so far, highlighting the votes cast by whacked players NBF & Kelaroo since I know they've both done something to run afoul of the Mafia.

There are only two players which received votes from both players who got whacked overnight: FFYM Jen
I think it's worth pointing out that NBF was the only player who had voted for Jen before she got whacked. Kel & I followed that lead in Day Two, and Kel got whacked.
This particular quote stuck out to me as I was scrolling through:
Kdogg- I hope you don't die. I am pretty set on FFYM being guilty.
I think we need to discuss the possibility that FFYM was Mafia and Kel got whacked for making this comment. I was surprised that Kel was so trusting of me so early this game... if she saw me up against a Mafia in a runoff, that just might explain things.
I am comfortable enough with my vote for Jen to keep it for the time being. I am particularly curious to hear from EAP and Bek in addition to Jen. Jen/EAP/Bek are the only surviving players who received votes from those who got whacked. Accordingly, they have all gotten a LOT more suspicious in my book.
I advocate a runoff which includes Jen, Bek and/or EAP... and I am not necessarily saying that Bacon is innocent and should be out of the running, either.
I personally am selecting Bek over EAP because of the Day One runoff votes. If there's something to FFYM being Mafia, which I'm starting to think there is, then there would also be a corresponding shift of Mafia votes towards me. Bek's lines up with that; EAP's doesn't.
Ian's full of Leno. I don't know why you guys are making such a big deal about that. Considering that the guy has posted like twice in the last year, I think your 36-hour rule will go into effect long before he comes back. I wouldn't be surprised if Hippie put him up to that, to be honest.
If it helps ease your mind: I swear that if I am NOT a Townsperson this game, I will never play Mafia ever again.
It does arouse my suspicions that Jen & Bacon are both awaiting word from a non-player, who should have no knowledge of this game, that has only posted twice in the past year.

the ONLY thing that is making me think bacon is not guilty, is that jen is voting for him and it seems that HGH is our inspector and has said jen is the way to go.
kelaroo only voted for me after i voted for her (which i only did, b/c HGH was taken). so that's not really her "being onto me", since it was a reciprocal.
also let's be realistic here, i've played like 15 games and only been mafia once. there is a very, very slim chance i'd be it again after i just was the last game i played. (since i was REF last game). we all know my luck.

Kel picked out Mike D and FFYM early on. She even called out Mike D on sorta kinda sticking up for FFYM.
Her last main post before Labor Day is likely what got her into hot water.
Mike D- because his post never involve anything to me but grasping at straws bc you forgot your vote for Hippie. And I have a feeling you're innocent, so to me he is trying to throw you under the bus.
HGH- bc she hasn't had more than like 3 post, so I have nothing to go on.
Jen- All her post are filled with life stuff, nothing really about the game.
Bacon- bc of the obvious reasons you just pointed out.
She was addressing Bec in that last line.
So either we are on the right track with Jen or the townspeople are being lead astray. Hopefully, I'm just being paranoid and we have them nailed.

I mean if the inspector really is dead and all three mafia are alive, one of them could easily claim the inspector claim and bam! the game is over.

HGH has said that Mike D was the way to go. HGH has said that Bek is not the way to go. Implies she is positive about those two things. I haven't seen anything said about being positive either way about a third player. Yes, she is voting for Jen, but that does not guarantee that vote has the concrete foundation of a correct guess behind it. An Inspector would definitely have one Mafia name plus two guesses right now. What I see is an incomplete scenario in which the results of a second guess are missing. I can understand why an Inspector would withhold that name, to prevent endangering a proven innocent. However, given that HGH has already outed one innocent, I would like to at least offer fair warning about a concern of mine. Naming Bek as an innocent without announcing the other result most likely means you're getting Bek killed tonight.
But I guess I trust this I just have to acknowledge the possibility of a set up.
I'm actually inclined to believe her on this. Back in Day One, when I encouraged the Inspector to guess about a female, I had a list of five players of whom I was most suspicious. Three were female and two were male, so I publicly encouraged the Inspector to guess a female. For the record, at the time, they were NBF, Bek, Jen, Bacon and FFYM. Given all the hullabaloo that was going on in Day One, I would think that Bek would be a perfectly reasonable guess for an Inspector to be making. It would certainly help that HGH's stated Mafia, Mike D, was voting for me... it probably made it all the more likely she'd heed my advice. Aside from explaining that second guess, I think for the most part HGH's story checks out.

I know this much for sure: the player called out as innocent, whether it be by real or fake Inspector, is almost always a Townsperson. Players, think what you may of HGH, but please understand this about Bek from this point out. If the Inspector IS dead, then the votes by whacked players should be telling... as it stands, I think the votes by whacked players & HGH's claims point in the same direction. If it's a trap, it's a damned good one... but I don't think it is.

I want to dig a little deeper into NBF's votes: for me, FFYM and Jen. I don't know about FFYM and I don't think his status mattered; he was dead before NBF got whacked so I don't think that variable corresponds anyway. I know I am innocent and that someone besides me wanted NBF dead. I'm also going to point out that, if HGH is correct, Mike D was trying to get me voted off - and a whack was chosen with the player with whom I was having many words. Those motives seem to correspond. If NBF was a threat to any player she voted for at that point, it was either Jen or no one. Unfortunately, we can't rule out that NBF was killed because her voting record was completely detached from revealing Mafia identities.
Jen is the only living player who appears on both lists. Even if killing her is the wrong thing to do, which I don't think we can tell at this point, I still think she's a more logical choice than most. I definitely think it is worth pointing out that the only player who voted for EAP all game has been Kelaroo. I find that to be suspicious for the same reason I find Jen to be suspicious. However, EAP cast a vote for Kel first & I suspect Kel was reciprocating. If HGH speaks the truth about Mike D being Mafia & Bek being innocent, that would leave either Kel's vote for Jen or EAP (possibly both?) being what triggered her death.

All of the Vote 1.whatever votes cast by Mike D were when FFYM & myself were on the chopping block. As I said, I'm starting to posthumously suspect him as likely to be Mafia. If that's the case, Mike D defending him lines up with HGH's claim. The Vote 2.whatever votes aren't as telling, since that wound up being Mike D in a runoff vs. Bacon.
Bacon, I'm going to posit to you that Mike D as Mafia implies your innocence. I'll also say that, if HGH were to be Mafia lying about being Inspector, I think that would make you the most likely to be in cahoots with her. I see you voting for her, so I don't think that theory computes. I also think your argument about the votes lining up against Jen might not carry so much water this late in the game - I think it's quite possible we've already killed off two Mafia.
I still think Jen is the most likely one among us to be Mafia. Assuming Jen dies this round, I would suggest the Inspector ask about: ...if Inspector HGH: EAP or SFA ...if Inspector someone else: Bacon or Bek
