Can we change these abysmal board colors, they look terrible. Also let's get rid of the pictures as a background, they always look cropped and crappy. I know you can turn on the plain jane skin, but c'mon that also looks like crap.
Can we change these abysmal posters, they whine too much? Also let's get rid of the mods too, they always crimp our style and ban us. I know we could go on as is, but c'mon it's crappy like this.

Seriously guys, no one has a complaint about the terrible background picture? Not that this picture is necessarily terrible, but a picture in general should not be the background.

Look at how much nicer the coach board looks,
I agree that the pictures that are chosen can somewhat be a little bit overload at times but that just makes it feel more like bonnaroo imo.
If you're looking for aesthetic, you could just go stay at the coachella board. I mean, I don't think anyone is forcing you to post here and I definitely don't think anyone would mind if you just... disappeared completely.
And I'm sure that if you have a better idea for a background, the mods will always value your input here:

I don't see anyone saying anything remotely close to the color scheme of an internet message board being their biggest problem... it would just be nice to mix things up a bit

I was just trying to add some levity to the situation. and also I don't even pay attention that much to the color schemes. guess I'm weird.
The actual trouble with changing the colors is it ends up ticking everyone off then being set back to this scheme. It has been tried 3 or 4 times that I can remember and that is pretty much what has gone down each time. If someone actually wanted the color changed I would go through other pro boards sites and find a scheme you like before you just ask them to start screwing with it.
If someone wants a plain skin no background that option exists already, personally I like having Bonnaroo pictures as a background and would not want to do away with it.
Edit SM I am pretty sure roofans point was about nodepression starting "WE NEED XXX" threads instead of just posting in the suggestions thread like everyone else. Where I am pretty sure this has come up before.
