Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Kanye West (Sorry if you don't like him or if it's been guessed already)
He and Jay-Z are releasing their collaboration album titled 'Watch the Throne'
Kanye is a character (South Park episode, his personality in general)
Going with the king/magistrate reference - hip-hop artists, including Kanye are always referencing "ruling the rap game".
The veteran could refer to Jay-Z while a magistrate/character of sorts would point to Kanye.
The throne one can't abdicate - Jay-Z couldn't stay out of the rap game (attested to retiring from studio albums but that didn't last) and Kanye had success with his new album - putting him atop the throne.
Don't know about the whole crab making a fort thing..
Highly doubtful... makes some sense and it might be a legitimate guess if the clue was pre-2008, but I just can't imagine Bonnaroo inviting him back.

What about Garth Brooks? He's listed on the above site as "King of Country" and he is a "character of sorts" (he released a CD under his alter ego Chris Gaines).

Plant, along with all members of Zeppelin, had their own symbol - a "character of sorts".
That fact made me think it might be either him or Page w/ the Black Crowes.

since GC is steering towards Mr Claypool and others are saying Buckethead how about Les Claypool's Bucket of Burning Brains... they have played roo before... haven't they????
This word also has a underground meaning once you break it down. Let’s take “Bonn” for example and it actually turns into the word “Bone”. We all know gays use this word to describe the action of when they are fecal fisting their Cuban cabana boy at their sex bath house parties. Now let’s look at Roo, “Roo” is short for “Kangaroo”.So put the full true message together and you get“Bone a Kangaroo
