Well... depending on how much work they've gotten done outside of permits and whatnot, it's still quite possible. I believe the first one wasn't announced/line up dropped until mid-February.
Again, I think the Rothbury incident is much more likely at this point, but I also think they're using Cheese for funding.
How would they be able to put together a top notch lineup in this short amount of time? I don't think it's happening, I hope it does, but.....
If they were/are planning to have a Rothbury, the lineup is already booked and they're just waiting to announce it. They had two years to get it together since last year was cancelled.
But I'd have to agree with sunshine on this one, I think they would've announced it already if it was a full Rothbury. I'd lean towards the Rothbury Incident ATM.
Everybody thought that Hangout wasn't happening last year because they took so long to announce anything, so I don't think it is a problem at this point.

I can't believe there is still no real news and they are still getting their shit together. Doesn't give me much hope for a great lineup if they left everything until now.
I wonder if we are going to see another Redlight Madison House head to head battle on the 2-3 like the Halloween thing. More and more I am feeling like there might be some bad blood, or at least one upmanship going on. Who knows it could just be me though. Personally I think there is no question the Roth has nicer grounds than a racetrack in upstate NY, but I still much more likely to go see 8 sets of Phish vs SCI even if there are other people playing at Cheesebury. It is hard to get bored at Phish festivals.

I feel like DMB will have one of their fest here. They were at the first Roth.
This could easily be one of the five sites and would be a good use of the space. Things started to surface but it has been quiet on Roth for a while now.

Fest is happening. SOmeone on PT posted a screenshot of Greensky Bluegrass tour schedule. They had dates listed for Rothbury and Allgood. Tour schedule was changed minutes after it was posted on PT.

i think most of us are just wondering what form of Rothbury we're getting. i'll go for Rothbury. i won't go for Cheesebury.

Insomniac is rumored to be Roth's new backer. that means late night is going to be twice as epic as it was before. and Greensky Bluegrass is already booked for Roth, so it means the whole thing is not electro.
