For the first time since Roo, I really miss sleeping in a tent, it is such a warm nite, I wish I had a yard, but something tells me my apartment building wouldn't understand my after-roo sadness.

I keep waking up in the middle of the night, thinking my bed is really a blanket stretched out on the grass, and my bedroom just a big, airy shade tent. I look out the screen door, and see other tents. I can hear crickets. Very weird. Very peaceful, tho'.
i think about my 1st Bonnaroo (07) at least 20 times a day . and i tell another 5-10 people a day about it , for me it was a life altering, mindblowing experience, i could not imagine life now without bonnaroo.im already counting the days to next yr , i met some of the most outstanding people, from all walks of life there . but on the farm we are all one .. like one big happy family. i miss the farm so much . i did hate the 17 hr drive but what a small price to pay for the TIME OF MY LIFE..... i live in the sticks of northeastern Pa. yesterday im getting gas in my van and i here someone scream BONNAROOOOOOOOOO. the person saw my 07 sticker on my van and came over and chatted. i even made another friend just from the roo sticker. i feeel bonnaroo should have 2 weekends a yr . one in june and maybe another in october. i would go to both .. i love all you people . thanks for letting me share in your bonnaroo world . and im glad that you all could be a part of mine . i'll see you in june on the farm . or even a few of you when your out and about .so to answer the question at hand .. yes i fell attached.its one string in my life im happy to have .. Peace, Love and Happiness to all

Bonnaroo kicked ass... it isn't often you can pretty much walk up to anyone and know that if you show them some love and respect you will get the same back 10-fold. There are alot of people in sync with each other down on that farm, and I missed that the moment I drove out of the gate. I plan on being back next year to spread some more peace, love, and respect - I wouldn't be too sad if the dust didn't return, but even if it is twice as bad... I'll still love every minute of it.

My friend and I (both first timer) just started bawling as we drove off the farm. I had no idea I was going to feel that way, even though our other two friends who had been told us over and over again... there just isn't any way to prepare someone for that. It has been a long time since I was so moved by an experience. I don't know if any of you out there have participated in drum & bugle corps, but for me it evoked similar emotions.... all the music.... the planning.... the travelling.... roughing it..... accomplishing something..... the community.... I'm finding it IMPOSSIBLE to get anything done at my job. I just want to go back as soon as possible!!! My one friend said that when you return, it will feel like you never left.... I can only imagine and count down the days...
If you would stop and notice that we number every day But allow the many moments left uncounted slip away You don't have to count them, just enjoy them one by one Then things would take a different hue and sparkle in the sun - Phish
it feels like home when you return. i want to live in a tent there all the time. Every year im there i say that about Satuday afternoon and im waking up chillin
