Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Thanks SFA. We've got a fold-up wagon to haul stuff if necessary. We can touch base on Thursday when we get settled to work on logistics when we know what we've got and where we are. I know the most important thing is we'll be at ROOOOOOOOO!
I'm new to inforoo and this will be my very first Roo! I've been wanting to go for YEARS and as the date grows closer I can hardly contain my excitement. I just wanted to say these boards have been a huge help in preparing me for the awesomeness that is Bonnaroo. I'd love to come to this brunch and meet some of you, it sounds like a great time with great people!!!
I'll most likely be there with 2 others! See you at the ROoOOOOooo baby!
ooooooh I just found a recipe this weekend for what I may very possibly be bringing. So excited to share....nom nom nom. Just need to give it a trial run first to make sure I don't eff it up lol

Welcome to Inforoo...glad you're here...we'll give you a big ol' hug @ the Brunch!
And since you're a newbie, don't worry about bringing food or drinks - just bring yourself & maybe a chair if you don't want to stand the whole time. See ya in... 59 days & counting! ;D
AHH!! This is so awesome! When I told my friend about it she got super excited. I've planned on doing a food/drink blog on some of the food vendors and brewmasters, but I have a feeling inforoo brunch will provide many delicious entries!!! 58 days is far too long!! :-) Can't wait to meet everyone :-D

You should do that. I took an old girlfriend years ago that did a sidebar in the local newspaper all about the food.

Thats something I could do well I think. I usually eat alot while im there, theres just something about those corndogs, and the I <3 Spicy Pie pizza.
I will most likely be able to swing by, but I have a huge group and I'll be "supervising" four college freshmen who would take down the food at this thing like a horde of locusts.
I'll probably let them sleep in and come by with the one Roo veteran I'll be with.
I know I've already posted in this thread but I must reiterate that I am SO FRIGGIN EXCITED about this brunch. I can't wait to meet everyone and share stories/words of wisdom about life with all of you. The chances of me moving from the Volunteer Only section to TO is increasing exponentially. I think I love you guys =)

^Have we talked poutine before? Do not know anything about la Banquise poutine, it sounds good!, but I do know about Midnight Poutine. Poutine is good, that sh!t would rock on the farm!
Scrog. Seriously. Get your butt over to la Banquise. They're open 24h, and have the best poutine on the island. You gotta try the T-Rex style. It's with Bacon, Hamburger meat, and pepperoni.
And dood. Better believe, after one too many caesars, or a little too much corn, the T-Rex is the only way to go. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've blacked out and come to with a large plate of poutine in front of me at banquise.

la Banquise is good but it's not the best.... I like Bofinger's and Lafleur's more.
but the peppercorn gravy at la Banquise is pretty damn good.
Definitely dill! I would bring some fried ones if I thought they would be any good.
But I will share my secret: I have discovered these pickle snack packs. They are petite kosher dills in the little plastic containers, like fruit cups. I might stock up on those and bring them and everyone can have their own individual pickle party!

SFA, if you don't like pickles, there's no way you're my hippie twin.
I thought about this when I posted. I do love cucumbers. Maybe being separated at birth can explain our differences. You're like the Danny DeVito to my Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I think what I am going to try and bring to brunch is a strawberry shortcake covered in that alcoholic whipped cream in a can. I have some strawberries growing on my porch quite a bit right now should have enough to make at least one. Grap a shortcake some sugar and a can of that alcoholic cream I might even sprinkle some 151 rum on the cake before I hit it with that alcoholic cream in a can. Spray that on top of the rum and it should momentarily light it up. The strawberry variety I got growing is the Tennessee Beauty variety. Ahd then boom cool it down with another layer of the cream.

Cursedlono, your sweet dish will complement the savory tanginess of my Drunken Strawberries: fresh berries soaked in tequila & a splash of balsamic vinegar then sprinkled w/fresh ground black pepper. It doesn't sound like those ingredients would work, but damn...the vinegar & tequila make the berries even sweeter - AND you get a buzz while your body gets vitamins. It's a win-win!
