Sooo - today I am making the chocolate ganache/bacon filled King Cake with maple frosting and crumbled bacon on top (and one with no bacon for the vegetarians) and a couple batches of biscuits to put in the freezer.

I was planning to slice them up into wedges, but fresh squeezed O.J. sounds good... if it's too much trouble (ie. a big device to haul around) I'd say don't worry about it, but if it's easy to work and not too heavy, bring it on!
