I'm really, really upset that nobody tried to engage in fisticuffs with NoD.
I believe we have our first entrant for entertainment next year. Who knows how to build a boxing ring? NoD v. Juggs... There's gonna be some harm at the Farm in 2012.
Our flagpole had (thin) Elvis and Bocephus (Hank Jr.) on confederate flags (heritage, not hate...) plus the US and Swedish flags - - ended up camping right by you, but only met Popsicle Sarah....
I left it, hoping Brian (Bryan?) would come back by and grab it...
I have it, thanks for leaving it Joel. Sunday evening I stopped by and saw the tents were taken down and spotted the map.
It's hanging in my studio now.
Brian freaked me out in Centeroo! He walked past me and said Hey Meg and I stopped and looked at him like he was crazy and asked if I knew him - I am sure he thought I was the crazy one! LOL
I just think it would be funny if some enraged Inforooer was still holding a grudge against him for posting about how String Cheese Incident was worse than Hitler and decided to physically assault him.
Oh and one more post to make it 3 in a row - I have NEVER in my life had two whole King cakes disappear as fast as they did with that crowd. I thought I was going to be attacked while cutting the bacon/chocolate one - the hordes were getting restless waiting on it.

I don't know about worse than Hitler, but I definitely don't see what the big deal is about them.
No, I actually like NoD. I was just hoping that all these kind hippies turned into bloodthirsty lunatics upon the sight of him. I don't personally want to fight him, I just think it would be funny if some enraged Inforooer was still holding a grudge against him for posting about how String Cheese Incident was worse than Hitler and decided to physically assault him.

I think I ended up sleeping until 1045 then charged my phone for a while at camp and my car died. Ended up waiting around until2 for the jumpstart guy and missed it this year. That's how it goes sometimes.

I gave him a good beer, and I think I made him play slap bag.

Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
^ oh sure, NoD might've been within 2 feet of me, but as I said... I have NO RECOLLECTION WHATSOEVER of seeing him...or several other people. If you tasted the Candy Coladas, then you know WHY i was a lil' bit tipsy!
I saw you, but you probably never saw me. But then again, I just kinda fade into a crowd quite nicely.
Though Julie ended up getting me in a picture... so maybe I wasn't that good.
It is a fun game. You slap that thing like it insulted your mother, then you got a good dose of that "moonshine wine". Happy to trade a Starr Hill Northern Lights fer that.
SuperFurryAnimal made the kabobs; lovelucklaughter made the bacon-wrapped scallops... so nomalicious!
Not to take anything away from the amazing LLL, however Quacker was the bacon-wrapped scallop barer. (He's still working his way back from TN.) Lets just leave this at we had a lot of challenges this Roo which came very close to ruining the whole deal. (Think Nation Lampoons Family vacation with a few hints of Locked up abroad thrown in. ) But getting to meet so many of the wonderful Inforooers is what MADE Roo 2011 for our crew!
Wish we could have connected with everyone. Soon as Quacker is safely home with the camera and video I'll get some pics posted.
They were delicious Quacker. I was just passing them out. I made the unicorn horn lollipops to match my attire. But then I forgot they existed and left them someplace after chillin' with my new kindred spirit Roofan.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Glad you liked them LLL. I figured I could put bacon around dog food (no worries - that thought went away quickly) and it would go over well. It was the highlight of this Roo for me to meet some of the people that I'd grown to know on the boards. The brunch was super and I'm sorry that we didn't get there before everyone got tanked! If that was possible.
Ya know, that could play out really well for you if you're a dishonest man.
Shenanigans. Hey as long as Roofalin wasn't in those drinks. It's all good.
Wish I could have met more people, but had to split early to see Cheech and the Workaholics.
Jury, if my heat-soaked mind wasn't hallucinating I think you turned me on to a Boddington's. If it was you thank you. It was delish. If it wasn't you then I'm going to blame it on the heat but I still remember it as being the best beer I drank at Roo.
