Coming from just outside of Boston, about 18 hours... 2 first timers and cannot wait! This site has been super helpful. And I'm psyched to see so many people from the New England area making the trek.
I agree, I love seeing fellow New Englanders on here!
Coming from Boston. Took about 18-19 hours last year (only short stops- longest for lunch somewhere in WV). Can't wait!
Last year was pretty good with finding New Englanders.
- wearing a Red Sox hat, check - going to Dropkick Murphys show, check - watching Celtics games over at Lunar Stage, check
Within minutes of getting to Centeroo for the first time last year, some girl from Vermont saw my Sox hat and gave me a free hug.
Great to see so many NE's. If you are looking for a nice little place to catch some Z'z wed night, check out the Bean Pot campground. Clean Showers for thursday am, very inexpensive. They have some cute little cabins as well. We found it last year in the middle of the night and were delighted. Its about 1 1/2 - 2 hours from the farm.
I'm driving in from central Pennsylvania, b/f is arriving from Iowa City. Staying in Nashville wednesday night and Manchester asap Thursday. Third Roo for me, first for him, can't wait!
Salisbury, MD! Leaving after work on Tues, drive 5hrs to Harrisonburg, VA. Hotel. Drive 8.5 hrs to Chattanooga. Hotel. Wake up, meet up with VIP Inforooers, hit the farm @ 9am!! C'mon June!!

A couple miles North of Detroit Michigan, its about a 10-11 hours trip to get in the "ROO LINE".
I seen a thread somewhere on here that was a INFOROO MAP and you could put a pin in the map for where you live...however the link doesnt work, if anyone can set up another map like that i think it would be cool to see where everyone is coming from visually!!<<<< hopefully someone decides to do this<<<<<<

Coming from Ocala, FL with my husband. Friends from here and also Savannah, GA (where we're originally from) will be in our group. We head up Wednesday and get to Manchester around midnight. It's about a 9 hour drive, not including stops along the way.

Girlfriend and I, both Roo-kies, coming from Bellevue, KY. I can see Cincinnati from my house. One street over from the famous Party Source.
as soon as i read "i can see cincinnati from my house" i heard "i can see russia from my house!" hahaha
when are you guys leaving? theres a guy in the OHIO thread looking to start a caravan for cincinnatians or those surrounding...not sure how well it will work though depending on when everyone wants to leave. anyway just thought i'd give you a heads up! i wonder if i can see your house from arnies every wednesday...haha
We haven't decided yet on when we are leaving. I'd like to get there as early as possible but don't want to get stuck in BFE by getting there to early. I'll check the post about carpooling from Cincy.

right on...yea not sure if we will find anyone to caravan with either and im not too pressed about it even though it seems like a fun idea.
we have actually decided on leaving wednesday afternoon/evening and camping in BFE wednesday night and then moving to tent only thursday. in all actuality, there are many many campsites that are further than BFE but either way, if you get there early enough on Thursday and you dont like your spot you can always go to tent only.
