So I have a friend who for the last 3 years worked for a company that was contracted for working the gates and passing out the wristbands to the ticketholders when they drive through the gates and get searched. Well apparently she isn't working for them because her boss said they weren't contracted this year because they are mailing the wristbands with a computer chip in them to the ticketholders before the festival. Thought everybody would like to know.

the title of the thread is misleading. You are operating under the assumption that actual tickets are being mailed out. We have known there are going to be rfid wristbands mailed out for a while now. The question is, what do they look like (cloth/plastic) and do we get a physical ticket with it (souvenir)

WOW for real...dude this is such old news.....what have you been on mars for the past 2 months...just messin with ya dude,yeah looks like they are coming in the mail this year in REPLACE of the paper ticket. This sucks balls but hey maybe we will get paper tickets also......see you in june peeps!!!!
