Always travel light. My camping shit gets used throughout the year, so it stays in my pack. All I'll have to do is pick up some MREs and do laundry the day before I leave.

In the shed: Ez up, 2 camp chairs, a small folding metal table
In my room: A cot, 2 tapestries, 3 cloth shower curtains, some shower curtain rings, solo cups, assorted plastic cutlery, assorted wipes for all occasions, camelback and cleaning stuff, an extra bite valve for camelback, sunscreen, the start of a first aid kit, headlamp, a lantern, earplugs, bug spray, deck of cards, cards against humanity, and a bunch of plastic bags. Oh and a Sterlite plastic bin to try to keep everything better organized this year.
At the boyfriends: Tent, wristbands, ponchos, his cot, and I know there's more.
Still have to do a little more shopping, but I think we're mostly ready.
My 3 favorite things in my corner are my battery operated submersible water pump with 5 gallon bucket for camp showers, EZUP shade, and hammock. Those are going to be my 3 keys to comfort this year!

I got all my usual stuff. Shade, sunscreen, cooking stuff, 5 day cooler, tent, flooring for the canopy. I got a bunch of extra moving blankets from a u-haul truck for the floor. I just bought this guy today. $29.99 at academy sports. Its little more than what I wanted to spend on a chair but I've wanted one like this for a few years now.

this is my corner!! kind of discombobulated and whatnot but oh well. (tent not pictured) canopy, tent fan, stakes, tarps, a knock off camelbak, rope, mallet, batteries, 330 wet naps, sunscreen, tattoo sunscreen, mini fan. 7 more days people!!!!
Yeah last year after 1,300 miles of driving and 4 months of planning we managed to get to Tennessee with no pots, pans (brought stuff that needed cooking also a mistake in my opinion) and no sheets for added shade walls. Bought like 4 sheets and a few pots and pans at a local goodwill... But afterwords we did not have NEARLY enough shade sheets. Many lessons learned. Should be a rocking blast! Everyone needs to bring COLOR AND FUN! Color and fun and imagination is a good pile of awesomeness sometimes adults forget about.

Our humungo Tie Dye EZ-Wall sheet in the corner before and after woo wooo.. Life is better with colors
Looks great! I dyed three last year and they came out really well, one of which I am especially fond of. But I have to ask: what the hell size is that sheet, Super California Emperor Extra Long? MTV Cribs: Exxtreme Baller Edition?
Shopped around at Good Will Thrift Stores and found after some hunting a massive king size duvay cover. Since it is designed to put a comforter inside it they are like one massive cloth bag. Cut down the corner of each wall and bada bam MTV Exxtreme Baller Edition Hippielicious Good Vibes Spreading Shade Wall!
I will say was my first foray with tie dying and will definitely be doing it some more. Super fun project and anyone thinking about it give it a try!
Oh and I did watch some youtube videos pre-tie dye and one that was my favorite was a guy and he said something like "You can't ever go wrong with how you tie dye" meaning it is hard to mess up.. And he is REALLY right.

I'm freaking out because I'm thinking this may be too much. A LOT of this stuff is stuff I brought to share, as well. Tell me if it's too much i.imgur.com/G16VMyG.jpg
I go to at least 5 fests a year and it's always been a drag loading and unloading my stuff from the rafters of an outbuilding in the back yard. Well, I got home from Floydfest, and found that my hubby had done the sweetest thing in 38 years of marriage. While I was gone, he bought and assembled a 6x4 outbuilding and set it up at the end of the driveway, and it's ONLY for my festival gear! So now I only have to move my stuff a few feet in and outta my car, and no ladder climbing to the rafters. I promptly named it "Das FestHaus"....everyone needs one!
The majority of my camping supplies stay in the trunk of my car. I have never had an empty trunk. My closet is full of batteries and clothes and that kind of stuff. It's all too junky looking to get a picture. Maybe as time gets closer. But this thread is making me feel so excited today!!!!!!!!!!!! Seeing everyone's roo pile makes me happy!
I don't know where to post this but this thread is as good as any...I went to WalMart today to look at the sporting goods, and they had taken a ton of small styrofoam coolers and built a 10 ft tall arch with them...walking through it gave the chills as I pretended it was the Bonnaroo arch...
