C'mon just cuz you feel you need to reside on the highest hill in SF on top of a fault line it doesn't mean you have the right to scare all of us solid-grounders!
okay. first off i've been lurking these forums for awhile. used to post a lot back in the day lol. i'm a Roo vet.
secondly, just to make sure anyone whose still not sure about the flooding affecting Roo. i have family that live in Memphis and they have been unaffected by the flooding. apparantly it's only really afffect people literally right up on the river banks in Memphis so it hasn't been bad yet. there's no way it will affect good ole middle tennessee

Hey solid-grounder, I actually experienced an earthquake in RI once, not kidding! Of course, my better half had his house come down around him in LA in '94... that was *ever so slightly* worse (he was fine btw, which is why I can joke about it...).
In all seriousness, my sympathies go out to anyone here who actually is effected by the flooding. Me and mine have been through a few natural disasters but I just can't imagine what you're going through right now. Prayers and thoughts are with you.

Remember, ther was a Tornado just outside of Roo a couple of years ago. It would have been CRAZY if it hit, Roo. At least now "That Tent" will stay still!!

With gas prices the way they are, and all this global warming, apocalyptic whatnot, I've decided to build an ark. Once completed, we should have room for a crew few hundred Roo-riders/animals. Anyone looking for a ride that lives along the banks of the Mississippi is welcome on board. Bring sandwiches. Oh, will I need an RV pass for a mid-sized wooden vessel?

this seems as good a place as any to ask this question. How has the weather been? The temperatures look fairly mild so far, how about rain overall? Here in Texas it has been quite comfortable temp-wise, but super dry. But I think East of us has had a lot of rain. Rain is forcasted for next week or so, but temps look to be in the 80s still.

Temps have been rather chilly here in Tennessee this week, but it's supposed to warm back up to the 80s today. I honestly think it will be cooler this year than last year (which was NOT normal, by the way) with some rain. But that's just my opinion....

They alone will not cancel Roo but when the flood waters short out the RFID wristbands and no one can get scanned to get in then Roo will have to be canceled.

The problem would be if the water levels from the white and buffalo rivers closes I 40 between little rock and memphis again, that will make quite a few peoples drive a few hours longer, it will add about 4 hours to mine
