I purchased my VIP tickets at the beginning of April and live in the DFW Region. I have yet to receive an email notifying me that they have been shipped. I'm getting a little to anxious!
Appears the shipping method selected is the key. More $ = first, less = last. If it will make for less angst, call tomorrow. There was all of a 30 second wait in the queue on friday, and the Cust Serv. rep i spoke to was very informative.
The info in the package says 8:00 am Thursday, but Gary Chardonnay says it opens on Wednesday. IDK, it's unclear. The Camp Inforoo group is going in on Thursday morning though. Garageland is gonna try to get in on Wednesday.

I really think these were printed before the gate times were changed. Thats my theory at least. Hope I'm not wrong.
Annnnd I was wrong it seems. Better to know now than drive there and find out. 8 AM Thursday it is.

Finally got my email. Tickets should be arriving friday. looks like those people who went cheaper and got first class w/ delivery confirmation should be getting their tickets now.

Ok, someone in the Camp Inforoo VIP thread said they called Bonnaroo and they confirmed VIP would open at 7pm on Wednesday. Lots of misinformation floating around....

Thats strange. Someone said the information that came with the VIP wristbands said it wouldn't be open till 8am. So did Gary Chardonnay. I wonder if the person they talked to just wasn't well informed?

No, he's just messing with you. I was going to say something similar but he beat me to it. The word on the street says that they are being shipped out by shipping method with the more expensive options getting sent first.

Last night was the first time "Gary" said we wouldn't be allowed until Thursday. I think he was drunk posting the first few times. I guess they are gonna pack BFE before letting VIP in.
Looks like that is the definitive answer though.

Just chatted with the ticket folks. There is a little ryhme and reason to the mailings. They are grouped by shipping option. They said they are working on the Expedited mailings now. The First Class (not expedited) will drop next.

anyone else still not gotten their payment plan confirmation emails yet?? i got the notice yesterday saying they were gonna be taking the money but i havent heard anything....getting nervous...if i dont hear nething by 4 im gonna call i think

They sent me an email yesterday too but it is not under pending or anything in my bank account. It's been a total crapshot on when they are taking payments out though this year. Never around the same time.

I haven't either. I usually get mine around 8 or 9 at night though so I'm not worried yet.
