I was also able to go to the Hard Rock in Orlando. Phenomenal show! One of my biggest regrets of 'Roo this year was leaving MMJ during I'm Amazed to get a good spot for Primus (my friends wanted to, although Primus was awesome). Now I got to make up for it by seeing the whole show this time, and being way closer than I was at 'Roo. Also managed to get a Jim James guitar pick and, oddly enough, and copy of the production team's schedule. Delta Spirit was also a great opener. They definitely made me a fan.
I really was trying not to spend money, and the poster was a whopping $30. But it was really cool and I wanted it. And the merch girl said there were only 7 left so I panicked and bought it. Sometimes it's nice to get what you want.
I can't count how many times I've had this dilemma but have never regretted making the purchase. At this point I pretty much go into a show like that ready in case my first impression of the poster is strong.... its a good thing I am way more picky when it comes to visual art than the audio form of it

I felt like I was reading something I typed! all the way down to what song was on when I left MMJ to check out Primus, which was good, but MMJ was killing it!
