So I got my ticket (wristband) today. I opened the second same looking envelope and it was another wristband. Both were billed to me but I only purchased one. As far as I know I did not win any contests either. Any ideas on what I should do? Sure I have friends I can give it to but if its someone else's ticket I don't want to just give it away.

I think you're in luck. If it is someone else's ticket then they will give them another. Although, on second thought, they can void the RFID.
You should definitely call or email to check the situation, because it would suck to wait in line all day just to find out that it was reported lost and deactivated.
Not only would it suck if someone else's ticket was voided, but it would also suck if you gave one away and yours ended up being voided for some reason.
