Wow. I passed out and missed all the fun. Evidently there are a lot of people that couldn't see that poster was fake. They have Outkast at 3:30 in the afternoon?
Well. Black Star performing Black Star? Raekwon & Ghostface doing Only Built For Cuban Linx?
Go on and write my name in pen for Governors Island over Labor Day weekend.
EDIT: Hotel is now booked. Searching frantically for ticket prices before the onsale, June 4th. I have the password, for the pre-sale, if anyone needs it.

I don't know, didn't they add dates last year? This is a pretty incredible lineup, but I'll only be going if they add a show at Merriweather Post Pavilion or elsewhere in the DC/Baltimore area.

After posting on the ten greatest rappers thread, this lineup has me stoked. Nas "Illmatic", one of the greatest albums ever. If He throws in One Mic and If I Ruled the World to round out his show. That would be historic to me.Black Star, especially after the Pre-Bonnaroo hype. Liquid Sword/Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, two of some of the best solo Wu Albums (I'd put in Tical also). Plus, I'll check out some Erykah Badu and little bit of Immortal Technique.
My concern with Liquid Sword is the appearances by all the Wu-Tang Clan that are not going to be on the tour. I mean Shadowboxin without Method Man. Come on. Better make the NYC show, cuz you know Wu-Tang Clan is gonna be there.

If they add RATM....I will find a way to get there no matter!
There is always hope. This was the additions last year.
ROCK THE BELLS 2010 FESTIVAL SERIES ANNOUNCES ADDITIONS TO THE ALL-STAR LINE UP: SNOOP DOGG PERFORMING DEBUT ALBUM ‘DOGGYSTYLE’ A TRIBE CALLED QUEST PERFORMING ‘MIDNIGHT MARAUDERS’ PLUS DJ PREMIER PERFORMS TRIBUTE TO GANG STARR AND VERY SPECIAL GUEST: MS. LAURYN HILL
They have a history of rehashing artists from year to year and with Rage Headlining the L.A. Riots event it wouldn't surprise me to see them added sometime after that event is over.
I want Dead Prez and Nipsey Hussle for additions. But I'll gladly take RATM as well.

I think LRH is going. If thats what it takes to get you on board I hope it happens just for that.
This is a huge maybe, besides Cypress Hill, I am not really a huge fan of most of this. I got a little overzealous on Facebook the other day
I will say I am definitely not going if this is at Jones Beach.
I think the Rumsey Playfield capacity is only about 5,000, which makes Central Park unlikely (IMO) If not Governors Island, then PNC Bank, Jones Beach, Randall's Island, (or possibly the Meadowlands parking lot,) seem the only other logical outdoor choices in the area.

Randall's is booked for that Electric Zoo that day.
And sorry. I should have put a disclaimer. I should have said he's for certain in for the Brewery.
