Travel safe to all. And remember .... Your seatbelt and cruise control and hands free device are three things that can prevent you from dealing with Joe the Sheriff!!! :-)
Not leaving until Wednesday night but I started packing and I couldn't help but share.
Someone doesn't know about Bonnaroo's "no pets" policy.
^^^ :DLooks like my house... The pup snatched our wristband envelope and ran while the cat rolled himself up in a tarp. I think they are working together.
We have since packed everything, and at last head-count, there are no stowaways.
just left Rhode Island this morning!!!!! first stop Lancaster, Pa for lunch then Shenandoah for the night. then on to Knoxville for the next night. then finally Bonnaroo!!!!!

Being on the road to Bonnaroo is more fun than waiting at home have fun!
Safe trip to all, I'm heading out Tuesday night and going to go the drive-all-through-the-night method. stopping in Nashville to go to Third Man Records which will be pretty sweet and a nice way to get in the mood. CAn't wait for the first year on the farmmm
We are leaving Wed at 3pm and my head is spinning trying to get everything taken care of. I have a monstrous grocery list to get things for our trip, the kids to take to grandparents and for here because I hate coming home to an empty fridge.
In the meantime, I have to get the kids stuff over to my parents, mow the yard, clean the house (also hate coming home to a dirty house), get our final gear packed up and it doesn't help our truck is in the shop today getting some things fixed so I'm stuck at home.
Let's just say I have lots of lists going on right now!
left today from NYC and drove for about 10 hours with a quick stop over in DC for an ez up. currently in wytheville VA in a motel that looks like a bomb shelter. 6 more hours to go accordign to google maps. next year i bring someone with me to split gas and driving. what i'm paying for gas could have gotten me a round trip flight
