WTF? 2 Superchunk references on Inforoo in one day (I have the other one in the Hangout thread discussing Deluna Fest 2012). Not coming here yet, but I'd see them again.

They are worth it these days. I always have a ton of fun at their shows.
I won tickets to see John Carpenter tomorrow night. I know he's done some film soundtracks and junk, but would it be a fun time?
I also didn't get to see him at D4N last year because of RTJ/Aphex Twin going on at the same time. Blotter and Longinus I think were the ones who said it was f'n awesome. Lots of old film clip stuff in the background with the orchestrated DJ'ing/Live Band.
Wood Brothers added more shows to their run ending up 4/20/18 in Knoxville (in time for maybe Wanee or a Jazz Fest night show?). Tickets on sale Friday.

This fest is usually kinda shizty, but Saturday looks like it could be pretty fun. Really surprised to see Phil lesh on there, but I'll take it. Stringdusters have jammed with Lesh quite a bit, sturgill is always fun, and I like big head Todd. May be a fun day for a blanket in the back with the kiddos and lots of dead tunes.

toyota center can be a fickle bastard with ticket sales. sometimes its easy, sometimes its taken over by bots (Gaga/Adele), sometimes they arent allowed to use their own platform to re sell (The Cure). not sure when tickets are going on sale, but if you miss out try our the Toyota Center Flash Seats before stubhub or something.
