God I can't wait to be old. I am going to have the filter between my brain and mouth surgically removed.
In fact, it's already starting. I see the same teenage idiot on the train to work every day wear his pants hanging well below his ass, as is the style with these young rapscallions nowadays. On Friday, I simply walked over to him and said "you know, in prison people wear their pants like that to signify when they're the property, and by that I mean bitch, of another inmate" before waltzing off the train.
I had a very realistic dream that I was in France and eating sushi at this really trendy restaurant, and when the check came, I realized I didn't have any money
I know, right? I think it's because I've been obsessing over booking my flight to Europe for June 2013, but no airlines have scheduled that far out yet.
Just remember the best time to book a flight is 8 weeks before hand. When they first put up the schedule the price will be insanely high.
That's not gonna happen. I will most likely book it as soon as the schedule comes out. I'm too antsy to wait any longer. Gotta make sure I can definitely get to Glastonbury!
They seriously jack up prices as much as $500-1000 when the flights first get announced, probably to take advantage of people like you . Wait at least until 3-4 months at the very least. That will get you within a few hundred of the lowest price. I promise flights to Europe won't sellout.

It's not selling out that I'm worried about. I'm going to have to take 9 days off of work, and if I already have a plane ticket, they will be less inclined to say "no you can't go" ;D
That makes sense I guess. Also I have just made the mental decision that I am going. I've been thinking about it for some time now and I just had that "What the quack am I waiting for moment". I'm running out of time before I become a "young professional" (AKA somebodies slave).

And nice to see you back, Knoxville
Thanks! It is good to be back, my life has finally returned to some sense of normalcy, for me anyway :-)
My sister has an ICD. It went off once (we think it had more to do with the lightning outside than her actual heart) and it was scaryyyy. It threw her whole body.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Waiting until around 1PM yesterday before trying to buy a Tool ticket for the Toledo show was a BAD idea The cheapest seats on StubHub are now $100+ ::palm meets forehead::
Performing CPR on someone with an Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator can be electrifying, shocking to say the least.
Ouch! How can an ICD shock anything outside of the body? I had no idea they could do that.
If you are touching someone when their ICD goes off, you will feel it as well. Wires from ICD are connected to the heart itself, and the electrical charge is directed there, an electrical charge will still be sent throughout the body. Most crash carts have a round magnet to be placed over the pacemaker and that turns it off during a code, but this was not your normal code.
