Indeed. I guess people don't use away/vacation auto respond on their e-mail, so I will e-mail someone and wait and wait for an answer, only to find out they are out until next week.

I've been looking around the internet for posters and such because my cubicle is very grey at work and it makes me sad. I could spend a ridiculous amount of money on this.
In honor of starting my new (old) job tomorrow I got my hair cut short colored sorta red with blond streaks. Kinda like popsicle sarah's, only more mature. It's fucking awesome.

speaking of jobs. I am thankful for mine and while at it, I just made someone go to sleep, in a matter of seconds, by pushing a few buttons on a pump. Propofol is an amazing drug. Although I have been doing this for years, I still find it amazing that I push a button and you go to sleep. Well not just asleep, knocked out! I can put tubes in every orifice you have and you will not wake up. I ease your pain. I am a drug pusher. I will get you high, so high, you will loose your sh!t, aka crap yourself, then I will clean it up. Full service baby!

So in getting mentally prepared for Phish tonight, I decided to just youtube live songs. Naturally, I eventually ended up watching a clip from their Roo set in '09 (I think Sunday night). For the past hour I've just watched live Roo performances, some of them from before I even started going to Roo. It's almost teasing myself, but I instantly get in a great mood when I watch these clips. Awesome stuff.
Just the one day, for NYE. I'll take it! We do get to work from home one day a week, which is new. Sweet.
Very few people were in yesterday. Got my new security badge, put some junk at my new desk and left. All day new-hire orientation on Tuesday, which is silly because I worked there for 16 years. So no actual work until Wednesday IF I have a computer by then.
