why is it that when you're really looking forward to something, time just crawls, but when it's something you dread it races toward that event? case in point: excited for tomorrow, can't sleep, feel like I've been awake for days and morning will never come.

FYI. For inforoosters out and about in Nashville tonight, there will be a DUI checkpoint somewhere on West End. Call a cab.
Thanks for the tip. You should come meet us downtown before they all go to the UM/STS9 show (I'm not going to the show but meeting them all beforehand).
I personally HATED the Las Vegas architecture used in most homes. It seemed like 95% of homes had plaster walls. B*tch that shiz looks hideous, give me drywall please!
That and you don't see a lot of carpet, everyone loves throwing down tile. Dafuq?
I think it's because tile and laminate are a lot easier to clean than carpet. We are fully on board with no carpet.
Carpet is such a weird thing. Especially in rentals. Do I really want to live on what is essentially a floor-sized sponge shared by however many people have lived there before me? Ew. No.

In the hospital I do work in, many of the areas we demo are carpeted beforehand. I will never, ever, have carpeting in my house and/or apartment. Pulling that stuff up is a horror show every time.

We have three dogs, so carpet can be an extra big pain in the ass for us (okay, mostly for Josh because I am basically useless when it comes to cleaning).
I dont know what that is Sang, but thats f*cking gross dude. spoiler tag?
EDIT: After looking at the image URL, thats "foamy vomit". dude, def spoiler tag that. sick.
Agreed, that is disgusting sang_xcx! I spoiler tagged, but the damage has already been done.
Also, who the heck doesn't love root beer floats?
I love a good root beer float, and maybe I'm just getting weird about my food, but things that taste like other things that the first things are not supposed to taste like kind of freak me out. It's like these:
I tasted them, and they were so good, but then I was all like, "How the hell did they make a potato taste like cheesy garlic bread?"

Haha, I questioned the gum for a second also (it tastes justttt like a float). But then it was so good I didn't care
And I wish I had seen/tried those chips when they were in stores! Couldn't find them anywhere.

I was listening to Hunters on bandcamp and noticed under the list of supporters that there is a user named "Fistful of Dave". I am not sure how I feel about this.

I think FistfulOfDave is a better board name than RaveDanceBear or whatever.

That embarrassing moment at work when you take a sip of sweet tea and it goes down the wrong hole and you spit it out everywhere and proceed to violently cough for 60 seconds. ugh.
