Every once in a while I misread the board member of the month as beard member of the month. Why is beard member of the month not a thing? It should be. Someone make that happen.

You have the ability to start threads. You could be the one. You can even nominate yourself if you'd like.
He was as cool as the other side of the pillow. I'm going to miss him on SC. Very rarely can a persons goodness traverse thru something like a broadcast. He was one of those few. The world needs more people like Stuat Scott.
Honestly, I was not a fan of Stu on the air. His love of all things UNC really pushed my Deacon-loving buttons. The other side of the pillow was never quite as cool, however.
But, the courage he displayed in facing his illness was incredible and worthy of praise and emulation. He will always be a hero for that, and the love he had for his daughters. A good family man.
On a side note, he attended both of the high schools my kids attend(ed) (2 at one, 2 at the other). I'm sure there will be some recognition for him tomorrow when they return to class.
I eat it cause it's cheap, fast, and can be consumed quickly standing up. That's all I look for in festival food.
I've had it undercooked more often than not and it gets messy because the cheese & toppings slide all over the place. Maybe my standing pizza-eating technique needs some work.
I am all for cheap & fast at festivals, but some people talk about Spicy Pie like it's the BEST PIZZA EVER. Which makes me sad if it's true for them.
We should start a petition to bring back samosaman.
YES! By far the tastiest, cheapest, and most convenient festival food. If you just needed a snack, 1 samosa was perfect. If you were starving, you could order a few! And that salsa...
I heard some other vendor had samosas, but didn't ever find them.

Yes, another vendor had them. They were a sad lie compared to samosaman.

I figured they wouldn't be as good, which is why I didn't search toooo hard for them. COME BACK SAMOSAMAN
My most memorable festival eating experience was eating a crisp healthy salad every morning in the hotel restaurant before Coachella. #swagchella
Did you happen to find the "hidden" indoor mexican restaurant last year? It was behind Yuma and the beer garden. Not many people knew it was there and they had really good normal priced food with real seating and a real bathroom. It was glorious.
I've been at work all day and had no idea until a few hours ago. My newsfeed is FILLED with him (although Dave Maynar was the first post I saw of the eventual dozens). My friend from high school has been in a relationship with him for a few years now. My heart breaks for her and his girls.
If anyone hasn't seen this, they should: espn.go.com/video/clip?id=12118361. It's worth the 15 minutes (and my friend is the girl sitting between him and his daughter at the ESPYs in the silver dress).
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I've only heard about it in terms of the "real bathroom", which for some reason turns off my appetite.
There were real bathrooms near the craft beer garden, too. That was a nice surprise. No Mexican food, though.
