So here is something good about contemporary times. I think I know something about music, maybe even a little something about electronic music. Then I listen to the first five minutes of this and I'm like do I know anything? Because what the fuck is this guy thinking. It's like EBM and trap and noise and 90s high bpm rave music stayed up all night doing research chemicals.
All I'm saying is that artists can still surprise and delight me, and that makes me happy.
Edit: and he just did a full on dubstep drop I believe in nothing
listened to half of this last night, half this morning. my new favorite boiler room. i don't even want to talk about any more of the selections he made because i don't want to spoil it. i'll just say this guy is fearless, and the direction it goes is COMPLETELY unexpected based on how it starts.
and towards the end the music stops, and it looks like it's over, but give it a minute, because he plays sort of an "encore" that made me audibly yell when it started.
Well, I am listening. Hardcore into decon club into UK Bass into trap. Really nice flow so far.
You should check out the SVBKLT-label and DJ Mix-series. They're great; Osheyack & Nahash - #3 is prolly my favorite.
Oh yeah and Osyheyack is an American dude, by bad. But he's one of the frontrunners in the Asian scene together with people like 33EMYBW and Hyph11e.
edit: holy shit the brostep-flip masterful. edit: let's goooo The Prodigyyyyyyyyyy edit: lmao that The Weeknd mixing

yeah going from that brostep heavy segment into no good start the dance was awesome.
Man this is really good. Love first tube with the horns.
I was jamming it in the kitchen making some chili and the wife, who hates phish, came in and says "this is really good. I recognize that voice, but can't place it." She was pleasantly surprised.
