We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Love this album. Imagine that you, too, have it on vinyl.
I do. In the Flat Field - Burning From the Inside. I spent the summer of my junior year in high school going after those goth classics. Bauhaus, Echo, Fields of the Nephilim, Sisters of Mercy et all.
It’s been like 15 or 16 years since I’ve seen them so I’m looking forward to this September.

I’m trying to keep my genres to a minimum. What do you think about Love and Rockets and Alien? Goth rock. Kind of post punk. Should I just put them in my general “Rock” genre or go to punk? I hate this shit. Ahaha. Maybe I should just go by name, but I want to be able to say “hey, feeling like some bossa nova tonight” and go there to “International” or “Jazz”. Where ever I end up putting bossa nova, but not think about the record I want.
Edit: any other opinions are welcome. New count is that I have about 1000 or more records of many genres and generations.
