Current Votes: Bonzai >>> Lowerdeck LD >>> Bonzai EAP >>> kat >>> Bonzai SFA >>> Lowerdeck Mr. Belgian Manders >>> Bonzai NBF >>> Lowerdeck Mike D >>> LD
I'm not entirely sold on SFA being Mafia. The more he talks though, the more suspect it is though.
I would really like you to explain what I've said that makes me suspect?
Trying to pin me down as the force of evil in this place. Shouldn't that ring alarm bells?
You act like I'm headhunting you. I said you might be innocent last night?? Most of what I've said is just pointed out the fact that all the "evidence" you talk about having against Bonzi can be said about you as well. And I've brought up how it's not always wise to get stuck in one course of action this early in the game.
As far as "ringing bells," I haven't done anything that you haven't. Why is
I accuse him, and now he's trying to paint me with the same accusation back - someone desperate?
I'm the opposite of desperate. You haven't made a case for anything you've said this round. In fact, your need to blow things out of proportion doesn't make me regret my vote all that much. I'm really not trying to paint you as anything.
If I was Mafia in this game (40), I'd keep Bonnie around and kill off people who have played a bunch of times before - like MikeD.
Except I'm not Mafia, and Bonnie I'm betting is. Still trying to figure out who else is. Some people I don't got as good of a read on. If you are voting with Bonnie in this round, you are a sworn enemy to me. Either you are Mafia, or one of their sheep. SFA votes with Bonnie, therefore he's either Mafia or oblivious to the truth.
I don't know what I have to do (within game rules) to prove to you guys that I'm innocent.
i think what people are saying is you seem very sure of yourself and usually the only people that can be that way are the inspector and mafia. unfortunately last round was pretty unproductive (partly my fault) and i am thinking we will have much more insight after this round.
Geeez guys, if you were all so sure Lowerdeck was probable innocent then why didn't anyone speak up/ switch votes around before the runoff started? I agree his playing style is very strange and I don't see how other mafia members would think it's OK for him to act like this.
So now can anyone actual make a case against Bonzai or are we to go off her connection with Scrog?
So we either a possible 2nd mafia member in this runoff or two innocents.
If you are voting with Bonnie in this round, you are a sworn enemy to me.
I'm going to let you all work out what you want to vote for. I know I am innocent, and I've been weary of LD, but never completely sure that he's mafia. It is extremely hard to see what is is bizarre playing style and what is truly mafia like. So it is up to all of you.. I'm not even sure who I'd vote for in all your positions. We might both be townies, but all I have to say is that his reasoning doesn't make sense. His vote against me is that I voted with Scrog.. so what? If we were both mafia, would I openly side with someone else that is mafia? Also, LD, you do use the same arguments that others use. I said I was suspicious of you and you immediately you turned around and accused me for the first time. Also, to say someone who votes against you this round is your sworn enemy.. that's just mean! People are forced to choose. Even if they believe we are both innocent, they have to choose. You shouldn't hold that against them. Just saying.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

This is only my second game and I'm not familiar with everyone's playing style. But Mike D and NBF have said nothing so far. NoAge and EAP follow with being quiet. Is this normal for any of these players? Why does no one have anything at all to say?
krunchy>>>null
It's weird that those a four of the veteran players. I started the game before Noage, so I've played with all of them a good bit.
Mike D is hard to read. Overall, I think he tends to be more talkative when he is mafia (Besides the last time when I kicked his quite ass). I've actually gotten frustrated with him about not participating in games when he ends up being a townie.
This is the quietest I've seen NBF play but she's one of those players that feeds off of other people's post. When her and Kdogg are playing, they talk and talk and talk. No matter their roles they are going to debate. So I guess it's just up to if you believe her about work because she is a day player. That I know for sure.
Noage was more vocal in the first round then I've ever seen him be but it was for a good cause so I don't see anything suspicious with that. Overall, Noage is a quieter player and he has described himself that way on several occasions. So nothing to out of the ordinary from him no matter his role.
Besides the fight and vote for for Scrog, EAP seems fairly normal. She has been quieter this round then she normally is but so has everyone. I've NEVER seen her be mafia, actually. She tends to sit back and asks questions the first couple rounds.
Basically, it's hard to narrow anything down from this. This game started out rough and we don't know if people are being quite because they don't really know what to make of it or if they are sitting back taking advantage of it. I guess it's a situation where you just have to look at actions over words. So to speak.
Dude ends up being Mafia most of the time anyway...
LD --- whatever before --- MikeD
You actually did vote to kill off Mike D. It was the third vote he got within a 20 minute period on the night the first round was suppose to end.
And guess who you were voting along side with? Scrog, who you are so sure is mafia.
You also stacked a vote on another vet player. Where you trying to get rid of her as well?
You might be innocent but you sure are reckless and recklessness isn't good for the townies.
If you are voting with Bonnie in this round, you are a sworn enemy to me. Either you are Mafia, or one of their sheep. SFA votes with Bonnie, therefore he's either Mafia or oblivious to the truth.
Show us the "truth" man. You are the one with the unpredictable voting history and never given any solid arguments for your votes. Sheep follow a Shepard not a malcontent. You have yet to fully engage in a debate about the facts of the game. WHY is Bonzai so suspicious?
I don't know what I have to do (within game rules) to prove to you guys that I'm innocent.
Don't be so aggressive. You are doing the same thing you criticized Scrog for doing.
I feel like this statement pretty much sums up how I am feeling about LD. Of course if he is mafia, I am going to feel like an ass for this.
noage > Bonzai
I would just like to point something out.
In the last game I played, players were basing votes off of "this person wouldn't act like this if they were mafia" but failed to give good reason why the person they voted for was. It was in the early rounds, but both of those folks ended up being mafia.
What do I need to explain that I already haven't said? How do you guys not follow what I'm saying? Do I need to translate it to Spanish, Portuguese, something? Muerta Bonnie, por ella esta Mafia. (I think I got that right.)
Since it's down to Krunchy here - you already see that I'm innocent. I'm too crazy to be Mafia, which you even said it yourself. Bonnie and Scrog were joined at the hip in the first round - how often do you see that when two people are NOT Mafia? Bonnie made a rookie mistake and I picked up on her quick. Scrog's already out, and now is your chance to get Bonnie down as well. Then the battle becomes, who is number 3?
You going to let an innocent man die just so a guilty criminal can walk free? You know who else that happened to? Jesus. The townspeople let Jesus get up on the cross, and let Barabbas the thief walk free. Mafia is trying to get me hung up there in their place, just so they can defeat the townspeople. Take me out, they coast to victory. I'm not going to let that happen without a fight.

Just saying.[/quote]
I'm not saying he would or would not act like this if he were mafia. I'm just giving an honest opinion of his playing style. I have no idea how he would play in either role, especially since he was voted off in the first round last game.
Give me a minute to look over things and I'll cast my vote.

Thanks SFA and everyone else for the explanations. I'm just trying to figure this out and I wasn't sure how to interpret everyone's actions.
I think I'm going more on my gut than anything here. I hope I'm not making a mistake!

I understand and agree. Just like I voted for him because that's the best thing I could come up with. I just find it unlikely that he is correct about Bonzi and I'm also finding it more and more strange that nobody made an effort to change the potential runoff canidates.
I'm not even trying to change anyone's vote. Just pointing out that this is probable a shit runoff.
Also, I've never seen so many votes for a player with no argument against that person. Lowerdeck is the only person that has explained why he is voting for her and his reasons are pretty damn flimsy.
