OMG... I cannot believe that I survived the last round so I better tell you all now or else we could lose.
I am your inspector.
At the beginning of the game I was given duddits name as a mafia member. I knew I couldn't call him out on this right away, of course, so I tried to see who he voted for and who voted for him. I was distracted by kk with her somewhat unusual vote so I guessed her name on night one but sfa confirmed her to be a townie.
Day 2, I grew suspicious of noage because of his vote for me (was this random, or was he on to me?) and I started examining voting patterns and comparing it to reasons as to "why he voted for me". On day one, duddits voted for jhamm and stuck to this throughout the round. Noage originally voted for duddits but then changed to belgian in the run off. It is not unusual for mafia to vote for each other in order leave the opportunity to change their votes later and after doing some detective work later, I found it was weird that when noage did vote for duddits that he did not return a retaliation vote. Another indicator to suggest that they could be working together... I don't think they wanted to look too suspicious or have too many vote changes if it came down to it.
After I BARELY survived the round, I decided to go ahead and ask about noage although we voted him off because I had a strong feeling and SFA confirmed that noage was indeed mafia!
So, that gives us two mafia, duddits and noage. We probably should get rid of duddits today so we know we have another mafia member in the grave.
Which leaves us to our last mafia... my biggest suspicions grew in Mike D (due to his quietness) and bonzai based off votting patterns and how they align with duddits/noage. BUT Mike D helped to off noage so that has kinda ruled him out in my book so I think bonzai could very well be our last surviving member unless the mafia is pulling a fast one on us (not the first time) or I am overlooking something... like I said, the last guess is purely a guess, only speculation fwiw but I have to get it all out there because I don't think I will survive the night!
I'm open for any questions you guys have... I just want to see us win so I want to hear from you guys and see if you have any alternatives to the bonzai theory.
I see that my voting pattern looks suspicious, but it's NOT because I am mafia! This is only my second game and I'm still trying to figure it out. I was planning on lurking on a few games before joining in, but never did before I started playing.
The early vote stack: I was drunk- I didn't see the other votes. That's all.
Defending Noage: I am not really sure why I thought he was innocent. Somehow he got me on his side. I think that my personality is getting in the way, that is to say I trust entirely too easily and I am gullible. I think those come hand in hand- I trust, so I believe. Looking back at the past two games, I realize that I have a tendency to believe those who I have met which probably makes me "trust" them more than others. Scrog in Mafia 40, now Noage/Fawn in 41. Also, since I am not sure of what makes someone look innocent/guilty, I have an even more of a tendency to be swayed by people who are vocal.
So when Fawn thought Noage was innocent and then she was whacked, I assumed it was because she was right on target and continued with her sentiments.
No mafia here Hopefully, I get a better hang of this game soon and I can have real suspicions and theories... and not get in the line of fire as a townie!

Bec, you are full of it, you are Mafia and you know it. Good try though. I am inspector. I am assuming that since you killed off Fawn you were banking on her being the inspector?
You and Jhamm are mafia, I couldn't get the third.
I got Jhamm's name to start off and asked EAP the first night. See my post about the three quick votes in round one. I was going to guess one of those, guessed EAP, I know she was innocent. Last night I guessed Bec and surely enough . . guilty.
Considering Bonzai's quick jump with Bec's fake inspector post, I would be willing to bet that she is quite possibly the third.
I have been posting little things about Jhamm since day one, particularly saying I don't think that just because Belgian killed himself that Jhamm is innocent.
Now Bec and mafia, will you leave me alive to attempt to discredit me, or kill me off, decesions decesions.

I was leaning towards picking MikeD or Krunchy before this revelation. Now I'll see how things play out before I decide.
LD, just to make sure you understand, just because someone gets whacked overnight doesn't mean they are mafia. Typically it is safe to assume they are innocent, but the mafia will kill themselves if someone is getting too hot on their trail.
Wow, two inspectors come forth within 3 hours of each other. I am more inclined to believe bek, because I know I am a townie, but I am going to put that aside for the moment, as I know it doesn't help the rest of the players to decide who is lying.

I had your name as mafia and no one else's. Why would I want to keep on you with no other names? Since you are mafia, I am sure that if someone keeps bringing you up, round after round, you will pick up on that person being mafia. Since I had one name, I had to keep you around to see who was voting with you.

LOL... so I named Mike D as a high profile mafia suspect and he comes back and tries to say that he is the inspector... nice try, man.
To answer jhamm's questions:

I stuck with that bc well, who else am I going to vote for in round one? Glad you brought this up though bc Mike says that we are both mafia. You almost lost your life in round one, so if I was one of your partners wouldn't I have done something to try and save you?
2. You were on the chopping block last round, why didn't you spill your guts then? No way was I going to risk spilling my guts when I only had one name (duddits). I've played that game enough and learned that lesson the hard way. Had I actually came forth and the townies protected me, the mafia would have killed me and I would never have been able to release noage's name to everyone.

Holy shit what a mess! I can assure y'all that I'm a townie. I was leaning towards noage and bonzai as mafia and was hoping to get more concrete evidence this round if I wasn't killed off. IF bek is the inspector I was right in my judgement, but with MikeD also claiming to be inspector I just don't know what to believe. I'm going to hold off on voting for now until I can make more sense of this cluster fuck. Hopefully I can think of something useful to ask later.

Also, fellow Townies, surely you can see it written on the wall. Bek makes her fake inspector story and votes for me. Then Bonzai chimes in and votes for me.
Also remember I was the one who didn't feel comfortable with Bonzai stacking a third vote on Belgian??? To me Bonzai is guilty by association.
And Mike D thank you for coming forward and letting us know you are the real inspector. If you received JHamm right out of the gate, and guessed Bek last night, this coupled with the fact the I KNOW Bek is not Inspector leads me to believe that Bek, JHamm, and Bonzai are our three Mafia this game.
LD, Duddits, Bonzai, Kat . . . here is what we need to do. Either Bec or Jhamm needs to go in the next vote. There are 7 of us left, 3 mafia, 4 townies. If the mafia votes another townie off during the day, game over Mafia wins. Plain and simple, all the townies need to get on board and work together, we have to vote out Bec and Jhamm in the next two rounds!!
What the mafia will do now is try to keep their third hidden. I am at work and cant spend too much time posting yet, but we need to look at vote patterns and such to find them. There is also a chance that they have killed one of their own, but I highly doubt that. The mafia is misleading us to ensure they get their will in the vote to end the game in their favor.

I was so quick because it didn't even cross my mind that you/Bek could fake being inspector. To me at the time, it wasn't an issue, I thought that Bek was inspector and she knew that Duddits was mafia, so I voted. I expected to see everyone (including mafia) to vote Duddits right down the page. I learned the hard way..

I did it last game. Except I faked being everything last game at some point or another.
You took the words right out my mouth. Because you were being so crazy, I didn't even take that as a real "I'm inspector" post. I thought it was as obviously fake as the Dexter comments. It never crossed my mind that you were actually pretending until now!
Also LD, I haven't suspected you (yet) this game and last game I only suspected you because you were soooo sure that I was mafia. Since I was (and still am) a townie, you were obviously wrong. And not only were you wrong, but your strong convictions- your absolute statements- made me suspicious. How would I follow your lead then?? And until now you've been pretty quiet this game.
What I do want to say is this; I seem to have fingers pointed at me from all directions. It seems pretty safe to say that between Bek and MikeD, one is mafia. But they are both pointing fingers at me. If I were mafia, why would a member of the mafia be pointing at their own. It's so absolutely crazy out here right now, that I don't think the heat needs to be taken off from any singular mafia member. That seems like the only reasonable explanation (if it were true). I think it's pretty obvious that I am a townie caught in the crossfire.
Since everyone seems to be suspicious of me (whether their suspicions are real or fake), it's making it pretty hard to see anyone clearly right now.
