So I just discovered that safepayzone charged my credit card on March 8. That's the company that handled the W.A.S.T.E. pre-sale. The site crashed when I was trying to purchase tickets so I assumed that I did not get them and now I do not know. I did not receive a confirmation email. I sent them a message trying to rectify this situation this morning because obviously I either want my GA tickets or at least my 172$ back.
I got a pair of seated tickets (section 102) to see them in DC the Sunday before Roo. Girlfriend can't make it to Roo so we felt it necessary even if it gives me Radiohead overload. Not that such a thing could possibly exist.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

I'd love to see Planet Telex or I Might Be Wrong (my favorite RH song for a decent stretch when I first got into them) for the first time, and holy shit, that Gloaming through Climbing Up The Walls stretch would be fan-fucking-tastic!

Agreed, but I'd like to see Give Up the Ghost as well.

Ahh, good point, didn't really notice it was omitted. It was probably my least favorite of the songs he played in the run-up to King of Limbs, but I grew to love the official recording, and seeing them play it live takes it to another level. I saw it at Roseland, and as you can tell from the Colbert and FTB recordings, it's pretty amazing.

1st night in Mexico City had two amazing encores:
17 You And Whose Army? 18 Kid A 19 Exit Music (for a film) (tour debut) 20 Paranoid Android ——— 21 Give Up The Ghost 22 Planet Telex 23 Street Spirit (Fade Out)

Can't wait to see what they bring out tonight.
Absolutely incredible encores. Seriously, Exit Music-->Paranoid Android and Planet Telex-->Street Spirit are worth the price of admission right there. Insanely jealous. I guess that's the type of stuff they can do when they play multiple nights at the same venue.

WOWWWWW that is incredible
Exit Music! YESSS. That was one of the ones they hadn't played yet that I wasn't sure if they'd bust it out or not. Amazing.
Also they soundchecked 2+2=5 the other night so looks like that might make its way into a setlist soon. All the songs I would hoping they'd start playing are all now starting to come out!!! The possibilities are endless!

There are show/location-specific shirts. Not sure about posters though. I feel like the shirts were a bit outrageous, something like $50? (I may be making that up but I remember looking at the price and laughing)
Question for all of you who have been to Radiohead this year/tour: What kind of merchandise do they have on sale? Particularly, are there limited/unique show-specific posters or anything which might sell out quickly? I'm planning on being in the venue nice and early next week regardless (not missing Caribou), but I just want to know HOW early I should be in, and also how much cash I should bring with me.
^ YES: show-specific merch. I got a numbered poster & a venue-specific shirt at the ATL show. The colors for that date were green; the Miami show's colors were hot pink.
I got my merch about an hour before show time. Everything sold out before the opening act started. I can't remember exact prices; I spent like $80 on a poster, shirt & sticker pack... so maybe $40 for the shirt; $30 for the poster?

^ I'm pretty sure you're not the only Inforooster who's going to that event. Hunt down CapnJack; I know he's definitely going *and* he's nice enough to buy your swag & hold it for you. He got merch @ the ATL show, so he def understands the importance. Maybe ask idio or KatyMae...not sure if they're going.
***EDIT*** Juggs, I just confirmed w/Jack that he will in fact be at the show, and he will gladly get you the merch you need. So there ya go. Problem solved. ;D

Saw Radiohead in Glendale,AZ awesome...can't wait for Bonnaroo. I will have to leave early from foster the people to get up close and personal with thom.
Right? Their show was always awesome but this was my third time seeing them and they have re arranged some songs in some awesome ways. Particularly "Sun" which I thought was boring at the last 2 caribou shows I saw, but now that song slays. Bonnaroo f*cked up big time not booking them
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.
