I will be really surprised if AG gets Phish. If they do, I AM going to AG this year. Too bad we couldn't get one more year on the mountain. Phish would blow the top off that place! They would think there was some mountaintop removal mining going on that weekend!
I don't know why, it has just been striking me as likely recently. It is a storied venue they have never played at, and theoretically their dates also come out today.
All this talk of Phish... I really wish I liked them.

Eh, I tried. I never liked their albums so I figured maybe I could get into seeing them live. So I watched them last time they played 'Roo, still couldn't dig it. Maybe All Good will be different. Either way I'm ready for this lineup drop.
^^^ I'd say give them a few more chances. I was a slight fan of their music while in college in the late 90's but had never seen them live until Coventry. This was an awful experience for me and I really disliked them after that. I did not see them again until 2009 here in Cincy and had a much better time but was still not an obsessed Phish fan like so many are. Then I saw them in December 2009 at Madison Square Garden and it was all over. This band blew my mind that night and now I am one of those obsessed Phish fans. I have only seen them 10 times now but I look forward to each and every new opportunity. Where in KY are you? I live in Erlanger, KY.
I heard the Phish rumor was just made up on PT, but I'm really hoping that's not true. Hasn't the big guy at All Good said he'd love to have Phish, but the mountain wouldn't work for them? The new site would work.
Me too! Although it only has to be moderately good enough for me since it is only a 2 hour drive. I plan on checking out the site this year by going to Hookahville there over memorial day weekend. Could be some great research in determining a great campout site for All Good!

The camping layout for AG will be much different than the 'ville. They camp people on the hill overlooking the main stage for the 'ville - but you're talking 5,000-7,000 people in the spring, much less in the fall. That hill will need to be tent free for AG in order to hold the larger crowd, much like it used to be back when the Dead, etc. played LV.

My guess is, in light of their legal troubles - all the lawsuits just got rolled into one - they may decide to keep GA campers separated from their cars, but I have no direct knowledge of that. I can say, having been there, that Hookahville makes non-VIP patrons park in a big field just off SR 13 and hike in their gear.

This would be a problem for me, I carry a lot of gear.

I agree with the meh. I need a few more additions to decide to go to this or hopefully hit a bunch of potential Phish midwest shows. Key for me would be MOE, Umphrey's, Yonder, Mule, etc.

i too was a so called " phish hater" as recently as two weeks ago.... Then my best friend came into town and made me a cd.... Not sure i am getting these right but the songs stealing time and from the bottom mixed with fun stuff and disc golf in the mountains= me super excited to give phish a chance this summer... hope this lineup rocks
