Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Overall this lineup is very meh. Phil and Friends and Allman Bros. are great. Even Bob Weir and Bruce Hornsby will be great. But I've done the FLips, and the undercard is not to my liking other than Lotus.
I'm gonna pass on this and save my money and vacation time for Moogfest ticket.
Anyone know what the Shpongle Masquerade is? I can't find any info on it anywhere. I've seen Shpongletron before. Is the Masquerade a full band type thing?

I think the masquerade is a new show that will be performed while he does his DJ set. Still dancers and wild colors, but it definitely will not be as extensive as shpongletron.

Its just him DJing with dancers and such. A much smaller setup than the Shpongletron. I can get into Shpongle as a full band, I don't really feel the same about Posford DJing.
All Good looks great this year!! Already they got the Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh and Friends, The Flaming Lips, AND lots more that I'm pumped for! Specifically, Galactic, Michael Franti and Spearhead, and Shpongle presents The Masquerade. Also I think this Masquerade is gonna be awesome! I saw Shpongletron last year and it was the shit and I'm sure Simon Posford isn't going to do something less than that this year. The Masquerade will up the ante from Shpongletron I'm pretty certain. All Good is my favorite festival, it has no over lapping schedule conflicts, very affordable, and you get your bang for your buck. It will be my 3rd year this year and its definitely gonna be lucky #3 for me, see all you non-haters there!
I've been promising my sister sine 08 to take her. I though it was 06 but apparently I can remember anything because when I was moving last month I found a box with old festival wrist bands in it and it had one that said All Good 08.
Anyways. This year I will be taking her. I love the line up and since I live in Buffalo the change in venuse means nothing as far as distance. I looked it up. Instead of 5 hours south east it's 5 hours south west. The only difference is the beautiful mountains and those giant bird like moths.
So we will be there. I hope there will still be a "info" camp.
And word on the camping situation yet??? Anyone??? Bueller?
I heard they are still working on the camping logistics, considering it's a new venue for AG (Hookahville doesn't attract nearly as many people as AG does). That's why the web site has a To Be Announced on it under camping, a quirky move for a festival that has already opened ticket sales and has a first wave of artists.
Hoping to do this one as well this year. Within like a 5 week period or something I'll have done 3 fests. Bonnaroo, Bunbury and this. Gonna be a great summer!

So who is doing VIP? I have to camp with my bus, because my bus is my camp Guess I don't have a choice but to do VIP if this is the only way you can camp with your car.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
I got a VIP ticket already for the $420 =) It's at $460 now, but first tier GA tix are still available.
Here is what the fest says you get for VIP:
"Our EVEN BETTER guests will be treated to 4 full days of fun, plus performances Thursday through Sunday on 3 stages, deluxe camping, food, arts & crafts. The VIP lounge overlooks the main concert area and then some. Early admission to the festival ground on Thursday. Car Camping Permit (RV campers see below) Prime viewing area with premium site-lines. Private bathrooms (air conditioned) Discounted beverages Light snacks and finger foods Premium campsites over-looking the main stage Exclusive VIP Showers Private festival check-in and VIP entrance to the festival grounds No waiting in long lines. Separate VIP entrance to concert area Even Better Goodies"
I like those additions, especially Big Gigantic and The New Mastersounds, who bring the funk, by the way. Also, Rumpke Mountains Boys have become an Ohio institution in recent years. They play something they call trash grass. I call it fun, move-your-feet bluegrass.

We really want to see the FLips at All Good, but aren't able to afford a 4 day pass. Do they ever sell single day tix? Or do people ever do ticket splits? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

wannaberoo'ing There is no day passes at All Good, however there usually is 3 day passes, but prices are just gonna go up from here, so you should probably try and get your ticket soon if you want to go. The Flaming Lips are amazing and All Good is amazing and this is a great team-up for me! I've seen the Flaming Lips 4 times (twice at Bonnaroo) and if you havent seen them before its a very high energy interactive show that is just mind blowingly awesome. But if you still think 159$ is too much then maybe consider WET? It's the Work Exchange Team, you sign up.. work 3 shifts at the festival and you dont have to pay. Only thing is you do miss some of the bands and you cant really pick which ones. You dont have to work a LOT in one day maybe like 5-6 hours, you can read up about it on all good's website. But you might get chosen for pre-festival work in which case you will enjoy ALL of the festival afterwards you just have to work 10 hour days. Well hope that was helpful and hope to see some of you fellow Rooers down there too. Excited for Big Gigantic and New Mastersounds additions! Peace and <3
Lovin' the fact that Rumpke Mountain Boys got added to the bill, though it's really not a surprise. I hail from the Nasty A$$ Cincinnati too, and it just feels good to see a band from your neck of the woods on a festie lineup. Of course I'm doing Bonnaroo this year, as well as a mix between Forecastle and Bunbury, but it'll be nice to have a more laid back, hippie/jam band fest on my plate as well. Gonna be the best summer ever!
