*SleepyJean: I think we may be twins. The Monkees were sincerely my favorite band as a kid and I would sing along to every lyric of "Daydream Believer" whenever it came on in my mom's car while she would listen to the local oldies station.
**I also see you're a David Sedaris fan. Props! I own everything he's written.
They were my favorite too! I finally got a chance to see them in concert a couple months ago and not gonna lie, I still have a crush on Davy Jones!

So i found Inforoo while I was freaking out trying to buy tickets on Saturday. I am pretty sure I was at Bonnaroo in 2005, I remember watching the Allman Bros play but everything after that is kind of a blur. I mostly remember that it was amazing, I had an incredible time. Well between Bonnaroo 2005 and 2006 my wife got pregnant and she is such a BAMF she braved the heat at 5 months pregnant and we had the time of our lives. Everyone was awesome, her belly was hugged, patted, blessed, loved on the entire weekend. Security was super nice, even let us through some shortcuts at times. She stayed hydrated and I actually being there. But raising our little Elsie Petunia has been alot of work and we have had another daughter since then, but we absolutely need some 1 on 1 time with thousands of our new closest friends! So Bonnaroo 2012 here we come. Oh I did end up with tickets around 2:30 on saturday thanks in part to your purgatory board! Name: Cory

Hey everyone Going to my second Bonnaroo this year. Me & my dad are probably one of the oddest pairs of people there. I'm 15 and he's 55. But that doesn't mean I'm some little girl and he's an old man. He's a drummer and loves music, just like I do. Last year I showed him the lineup after seeing Eminem, Matt & Kim, Sleigh Bells, Wiz, etc on there. & He found just as many bands he wanted to see as well. So we went, and thanks to Inforoo, were pretty prepared! Now since Radiohead is there this year, we both agreed that we have to go again. Just bought our tickets. CAN'T WAIT

Hello! I've been lurking for an Embarrassingly Long Time now, so it's high time I started being a bit more social. Here goes...
Name: Amber
From: Hoover, AL
Name Means: I'm going to be a bit vague on this one, but let's just say it's something I've been in the process of creating for quite some time now...
Favorite Bands: I listen to *so* many different types of music... Let's see... Radiohead, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Arcade Fire, Cut Copy, Ghostland Observatory, Prince, Incubus, Decemberists, Liz Phair, Keane, Talking Heads, Ra, My Morning Jacket, Outkast, Fleet Foxes, Rilo Kiley, NIN, Cee-Lo, Gnarls Barkley, Flaming Lips, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, The Donnas, Death Cab for Cutie, Foster the People, Beatles, Spoon, Animal Collective, New Pornographers, Depeche Mode, My Chemical Romance, Crystal Method, Of Montreal, Rob Zombie, Mumford & Sons... I like oldies, funk, 80's, rap, R&B, cheesy 80's country, Motown, and yes, I'd be more than happy to add to my ridiculously long list any new bands that for some reason or another I haven't been introduced to yet.
Favorite Books: In the interest of "TL-DR", I'll try to keep these a bit shorter: Stephen King / Richard Bachman titles, The Neverending Story, and the Hunger Games series
Favorite Movies: Labyrinth, The Breakfast Club, Boogie Nights, Natural Born Killers, Savannah Smiles (childhood fave), Kevin Smith movies, Hangover, Grandma's Boy, Amelie, and Harold & Kumar Visit White Castle
Favorite TV Shows: I don't watch a lot of TV (or have premium channels), so most of these were/are watched once the season (or sometimes series itself) is long over: Six Feet Under, Tales from the Crypt, Penn and Teller BS, Arrested Development, Tosh.0 (He's SO mean, but so funny!), Dexter, Californication, and Are You Afraid of the Dark?
First Concert(s): As a child: NKOTB (which I spent the duration of with my fingers in my ears. I remember asking my mother, "WHY is everyone screaming???") As a teenager: Ozzfest, with Type O Negative and Sepultura as the opening bands
Favorite Concert(s): At Bonnaroo, I'll have to say Radiohead '06, Pearl Jam, David Byrne, and NIN. Otherwise, I'd have to say Incubus (back when they were touring for S.C.I.E.N.C.E), Marilyn Manson (Antichrist Superstar tour), and The Flaming Lips ('06 at The Tabernacle)
Last Concert: I must say, it's been a dry spell lately, so it was actually a free concert of The Kentucky Headhunters held in a parking lot "chocolate festival" last year. Say what you will, but they put on quite a show, and it was nice reminiscing of being 10 years old and having a Dumas Walker sing-a-long on the school bus lol.
Bonnaroo Wishlist: David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Daft Punk, Of Montreal, matt pond PA, and Arcade Fire / Mumford and Sons -> since I missed them last year

The Beach Boys are totally under-rated... Medeski is gonna be choppin' away... Feists' new album is siiick. I'm definitely excited, and am secretly hoping they add ol' Jack White to the line-up... He's right down in Alabama a few days before Roo I believe. ANYWAY I'll be the really thin guy wondering around and dancing like a freak, (Not terribly descriptive, I realize) so say Hey!
