I can understand why the mafia would preemptively fake inspector so early. Doing so, then following up with whacking said mafia member to make him or her look credible, would put them at what at first might seem like a considerable disadvantage (Verses all 3 mafia members surviving to Day 2). Now, the "real" inspector, in this scenario, if he or she has come out, will be the obvious target for townies, which accomplishes the Mafia's main goal. Furthermore, the remaining mafia all easily survive Day 2, and without much worry of being accused of working together. All of that, coupled with the kill during Night 2, which brings the player count to 7 (2 Mafia vs 5 Townies), gives the mafia a pretty easy road to victory, so long as they use their whacks effectively.
All that said, I do still believe Ntellier was telling the truth.

if you think I'm mafia vote for me. it's simple. i'm not but I argued with the inspector who wasn't suspicious at all.

Never said I wasn't really playing anymore but it is obvious as to where the vote is headed. I am the only one that has any sort of attention and pointing fingers only worsens things.
I will say that ntell was probably right but made a terrible mistake since no other inspector has stepped forward. Just watch who voted with bonzai and you guys might have a shot.

actually i was still deciding between you and noage until you basically said you weren't going to defend yourself or answer any more questions.

Well, now that I think of it a run-off could actually do a lot of damage.
There isn't much I can do now to prove my innocence, but you guys will learn a lot more from a runoff between myself and noage than simply voting me out.
EAP, the reason I don't want to answer anymore questions atm is because I have basically 5 pages of posts and nobody else is close. Why don't you ask noage some questions, since he has been very quiet this game? I think that would help even the playing field.
