I remember last year at Bonnaroo, my first Fest experience. I said to myself "Man they have something special here...unfortunately its only a matter of time before the government starts noticing what is happening here and shuts it down".
I'm not a conspiracy theorist type of person...just a rational person. These festivals are incredible, but I have a feeling we'll be telling our kids about the "good old days" when festivals were free to operate with minimal restrictions. This article saddens me, but I can't say it surprises me.
We need to end the war on drugs, and soon. Unfortunately no politician wants to stand up for that cause, especially when there are much more important things to be concerned with right now in our country.
