Im saying its Glen Campbell. Tennessee Titans had a hall of fame running back named Earl Campbell. That's the first part of the clue. The second part is Campbell's soup.

Possibly, but the franchise was still called the Houston Oilers back when Campbell played for them. Glen Campbell would be awesome at Bonnaroo though.
I'm probably wrong here, but could it be beck. The quarterback for the titans is Matt HasselBECK, and there is company that makes beverage flavoring called Beck Flavors.

answer to clue #2.....
Martin Solveig.
A name among the titans is trident, which was a spear used by poseidon.
What's your favorite flavor refers to trident gum. Martin Solveig's song "hello" is in the trident vitality commercial. Therefore Martin Solveig is the answer to clue #2!
I feel like we need to recap everything that we've learned so that people don't guess ridiculous things.
- The "flavor" involved has nothing to do with ice cream. - The "flavor" has something to do with an edible foodstuff, and that food "can be" crunchy. So stop guessing yogurt and Gatorade and flavored food additives because it ain't happening. - The R.I.P. thing has nothing to do with this clue, it was a clue to a clue to a clue for #3. - It's probably Les Claypool.
Please explain how you get Les Claypool. I doubt they would put a clue out for him seeing as how Primus plays there all the time

And sometimes people put crackers in their soup, so it can be crunchy sometimes.

I take back what I said earlier about Glen Campbell not fitting the clue.
I came back to find my roommate watching Remember the Titans and it got me researching. One of main characters the movie follows is Julius Campbell, Jr. (played by Wood Harris) who played defensive end for T.C. Williams.
We've already established that Campbell's soup comes in different flavors, contrasts enough with ice cream to provoke the tweet, and can be crunchy for those that like to crush crackers in their soup.

Primus is playing festivals both weekends prior to Bonnaroo. One in Illinois and Wakarusa in Arkansas. Short trip from there to the farm. Don't know about the clue, but I'm betting Primus will be at Roo.
I think the fact that he said 'certain kinds of Mexican' is important. Taco shells seem like a staple to me. I'm trying to think of something more obscure, like cactus or something like that.
Please explain how you get Les Claypool. I doubt they would put a clue out for him seeing as how Primus plays there all the time
They put out clues for whoever they damn well please. And Primus has played there twice (though Claypool has played in other forms a handful of other times).
The logic was this: "Amongst the Titans" - the Cal State Fullerton University's mascot is the Titan. They have a notable famous former player named Mike Pringle, who went on to the NFL. Pringles have flavors.
"What's your favorite flavor?" - the single weirdest flavor of Pringles is prawn cocktail. It would be a funny choice for a favorite flavor.
"Prawn song" is the name of Les Claypool's record label. The first record released by Prawn Song was "Suck it and See," Primus live album that was recorded in Berkeley, CA.
Berkeley, CA is home to the Greek Theatre, which ties back in with the "Titans" thing via it being a Greek myth.
It might not be the right answer, but it's a shot.
pringles are always crunchy though, didn't he tweet that it's something that can be crunchy?
