I'm a little bummed they are conflicting with The Roots, and I have a thing for not skipping over a band more than once or twice at a festival, so I'll be at The Roots.
they cancelled sasquatch or something last week. wonder why they do that.
From their website:
Due to travel issues out with our control we are having to cancel our performance at the Sasquatch festival tonight. We are very sorry. We'll be in Vancouver as planned tomorrow.
Last year when they canceled some dates it was due to VISA problems.

Just recently got into these guys, and am also pretty disappointed with when they are playing as I'm def gonna be trying to get as good a spot for rhcp as possible/enjoying the roots.. Really glad they will be coming to nyc right after roo though so I at least have that to look forward to during the miserable drive home monday! ha

This was my first time seeing them. My friend and I were both absolutely blown away by this set. It was a beautiful, emotional experience for me, and undoubtedly one of the best shows of the weekend.

Favorite show of the weekend for sure! They got weird with it during the 2nd half, which was beautiful. Loved the smallish crowd that let all the fans get real close. I sat right outside the tent and just laid back, looked up at the sky and let it wash over me. Mogwai and Explosions in the Sky should come EVERY year.
