Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I got the opportunity to talk to these guys Friday in Raleigh, what a great concert. The trumpet player told me they put a bid in for Bonnaroo, yet haven't heard anything yet....
Jack White (BK spot)>RHCP Avetts (BS spot)>Skrillex (LN)
Sunday
Beach Boys>Phish Ben Folds Five>Shins
This might be one of your only post I have ever agreed with
Yes, but I don't think Avetts would be unopposed like Buffalo Springfield were... If anyone not in the top 3 are unopposed, it would be Beach Boys, Jack White, and if we need another, Bon Iver. Right?
2012 shows: 3/23 - The Men 4/9 - Of Monsters & Men 4/21 - Bassnectar 5/2 - Shpongle 5/22 - Jack White 6/1 - tUnE-yArDs 6/7-6/10 - Bonnaroo 2012 6/18 - Destroyer 6/20 - The Tallest Man On Earth 6/23-6/24 - Governor's Ball
JHO, is your reasoning that they are still negotiating and that it might make many of us happy, and you are concern that a leak will either intefere with the negotiation or ruin a nice suprise? Please confirm or deny this reasoning.
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
If you notice the Fuse playlist it also has the "Fall Creek Boys Choir" collaboration track of Bon Iver and James Blake... Who knows, maybe they killed two birds with one stone on that one?

I'd LOVE a Jack White set. LN Which would be INSANE, but I feel like if we get him and Drake, Drake will end up LN Which. Jack White solo woul be wonderful. Do we think he'll play some White Stripes and Raconteurs stuff, since he sings for them? The only reason I'm praying for Drake is because the friend I went to Roo with last year will only come if he's there. Drake is lame, but I'd like to have my friend back on the farm, instead of all first-time Roo-ers.

This. I can understand not wanting to tell us for whatever reason, but if that's the case I don't see a need to bring it up at all. It reminds me of a certain Detective.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

I believe she is just reinforcing that insider wasn't wrong. Although I don't know that any of us were doubting insider to begin with. Maybe some were privately? I don't know. We're probably better off just dropping the whole thing. Sometimes you can find out something that you were better off not knowing about.

Korn maybe? That would be a sweet wrap up to their us tour and there really isn't much metal now that I think about it. And since there's a lot of electro and they just did that whole elctro album. I could see them being that big announcement insiders talking about.

Yes, and then the superjam would be Korn & Skrillex.

Snoop dogg and dre are playing coachella. And we didn't get dre last year so hopefully get him this year. Dre> snoop on Saturday?
I still feel like there is an unfilled What Stage gap for Saturday. Think of the spot Black Keys played last year or Stevie Wonder played in 2010. Unless they plan on inserting Bon Iver into that spot.....or would the Avett Brothers be able to hold it down? I just don't know. Saturday evening doesn't feel like it is fleshed out enough.
