Just noticed Bon Iver, Tune-Yards, & St. Vincent are all on the same label... Not sure how event bookings work, but I'd imagine bonnaroo might pay a lower fee if they get more artists from the same label.
Some other great acts on that label that are wide open for bonnaroo... Grimes, Atlas Sound, Deerhunter, Iron and Wine, Gang Gang Dance, TV on the Radio, etc.
If I had to guess, they will send everyone a link to the artist additions tomorrow, but the link wont work, and the server will crash, and they will have everything fixed by Thursday and we will get to actually see who the additions are.

4AD is a London label, and some of the bands you listed have North American labels that would more accurately be "their label" and then are released by 4AD in Europe only (Bon Iver in on Jagjaguwar in NA, Iron and Wine is on Warner in NA I think). 4AD is part of the Beggars Group of labels which includes Matador, XL, and others. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beggars_Group
ANYWAY, I think for big festivals like Bonnaroo, artists that share tour management are more likely to be booked together than artists that share labels (although that certainly doesn't hurt). Bon Iver is on Billions, for instance. billions.com/news/ However, I doubt there's much of a "group rate" or anything.

I think they have agreements for like this:
x amount of bands from Billions x amount of bands from Paradigm x amount of bands from ...
How many comedians have leaked this year? Perhaps we got that early this year?
Also: Steve Martin & Steep Canyon Rangers just announced a Charlottesville show on June 2nd. Possible return?
I'd love to see Steve Martin!!
It would have to be on Sunday, as they are already booked on the 9th and 10th. Kinda doubting it, since they played in 2010. plus sunday is already pretty packed. Hope I'm wrong because they are great. I plan on seeing SCR at the Ryman with Del McCoury at the end of the month

This is correct. When you go to book a festival the conversation is generally something like this:
Management: No way Bon Iver goes for less than $70k, but we'll also give you offers on St. Vincent and Tune-yards, they're available that weekend and are interested.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
