Cornbread with bacon made into it? I'm intrigued by this idea of bacon and cornbread.
That is always how I do it. Cook three or four pieces of bentons bacon in a iron skillet, cut them up small put them in your batter, and dump it all back in the skillet, and throw it in the oven. A lot of times I will put in two jalepenos as well.

So This sounds awesome, I'M IN! (If you'd have me) my affinity towards bacon seems to match many people on this board. My one question is if i were coming and planning to bring multiple bacon weaves i'm guessing i would just bring it cooked and be able to reheat there or what??
Inforoo Brunch Koozies Hey everyone, I've PM'd some other Inforoosters on a koozie idea. I found a cheapish place we can order brunch koozies from. I've submitted a design with a rooster outline 'Inforoo Brunch 2012' in this year's scheme colors. They'll E-mail me a proof of what it would look like without ordering. They'll be $104 for 200 (with shipping). If anyone wants to contribute (already have $5 pledged! Woo!) PayPal me at Lestatsucks@aol.com
Yeah... can't get rid of an E-mail you've had since the AOL days, lol, and I love Anne Rice, it is a pun... (used to get occasional hate E-mails).
On the cornbread... well, being from South Pittsburg, Tennessee where Logde cast iron skillets are made... I've had bacon in cornbread. It was our recipe here at work last year for the Cornbread Festival. Not kidding. Bacon Ranch cornbread- packet o' ranch mix and bacon crumbles. This year is cornbread pizza. It's OK.

Great idea! When you get the proof post it here, that might get people interested. Keep us updated on how much $$ you have collected. I'll add this to the first page.
Right on! I haven't got the proof yet (boo), but I got a confirmation E-mail that I will be getting one.
Also, bought name tag stuff tonight. I have all the user names and avatars in a Word document. Let me know if you don't see your name here and will be at Brunch:

John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
